Mechanism and Conditions of Association Entry Association is free for entrance and is based on voluntary principles. Association consists of Active and Supporting members. Any subject or legal entity, that creates and operates on the perfumery and cosmetics market or on the related branches (or is a legal entity that is connected with this entity) can be an Active member. It must have appropriate licenses and accomplish Association responsibilities accordingly to the Ukrainian legislation or legislation of registered country (further called “Legal entity”). Active member is some legal entity, that enters Association after its state registration and shares Association targets and tasks. He pays entry fee membership fees regularly and also has a right to a decisive voice on the Association General Meeting of Members (accordingly to the Statute). He admits and implements the Statute and Regulation about Active and Supporting members of Association of Perfumery and Cosmetics of Ukraine (further called “Regulation”). He takes part in forming of managing authorities of the Association, its activity and takes part in realization of its projects and programs. To get an Active member status legal entity should provide: - the application of a certain form. It should be written on the name of the Chairman about giving an Active member status; - the Unified State Register extract of legal and physical entities Sole Proprietors or certificate from statistics authority, that will prove the location in the Unified State Register of enterprises and organizations of Ukraine. The date of issuing of these extracts and certificates should not be more than one month; - the notarial copy of the Unified State Register extract; - the characteristics of the enterprise and its activity; - to pay entry and membership fees. Non-resident entities can submit other documents of confirming their legal standing to get an Active member status. Chairman sends notification to the General Meeting of Members to take a decision about new Active member acceptance. It takes 10 days, starting from the date of getting an application. The application of getting an Active member status is considered on the next session of the General Meeting of Association Members. They take a decision about Active member acceptance accordingly to the Regulation. The decision about Active member acceptance is taken by simple majority of all presented Members of the General Meeting session. After decision about applicant acceptance to the Association has been taken, and during three working days Chairman of Association sends to the applicant: - the notification of Association acceptance; - the demand of paying entry and membership fees; - copies of the Statute and other documents and materials of Association accordingly to the General Meeting of Association Members.
The fact of an Active Member acceptance in Association is confirmed by the membership Certificate. The applicant gets all rights and responsibilities as an Active Member after paying entry and membership fees. But it happens not earlier than this amount of money will be received by the Association current account. There is a Supporting members status. It was implemented on voluntary principles for developing collaboration on the perfumery and cosmetics market. Supporting member status can be given to any subject or legal entity, that creates and operates on the perfumery and cosmetics market or on the related branches (or is a legal entity that is connected with this entity) accordingly to the Ukrainian legislation or legislation of registered country. He must have appropriate licenses and pays membership fees. He also should share Association goals and tasks, takes part in its activity, admits and implements the Statute and Regulation. To the Supporting member belong legal entities, that are accepted to the collaboration, accordingly to the decision of the Association Board of Directors and to the Regulation. They share Association targets and tasks, pay membership fees and have a right of advisory voice on the Association General Meeting of Members. Supporting members don’t take part in forming managing authorities, but can make a suggestions about it. They also admit, implement the Statute of Association and Regulation and take part in Association activity. To get a Supporting member status candidate should provide: - the application of a certain form.
