Black charcoal is a traditional and key product of my hometown, Nga Bay town, Chau Thanh district, Hau Giang province, Vietnam My family has over 30 years of experience in charcoal making, and we are one of the most reputable establishments in the area.
With 20 kilns and a team of over 30 seasonal workers, we supply more than 250 tons of charcoal to the market each month. Our mangrove charcoal is produced using traditional handmade methods and strict supervision, ensuring the best quality with a burning time of 45 to 55 days

The wood is purchased directly and in large quantities from farms. We select heavy, solid wood that is still fresh and has minimal impurities

It is cut into pieces 50cm long with a diameter of 3cm or more. If the diameter exceeds 30cm, the wood is cut in half.

This process requires experienced workers. The wood is stacked vertically, close together, creating air pockets for airflow.
Use mud, clay, or other heat-resistant materials to seal the gaps in the kiln, ensuring no air can enter. Begin by lighting the fire at the kiln door and adjust the flame so that the wood burns slowly and does not flare up too strongly.
This is the most crucial stage, determining the quality of the final product The charcoal burning process usually takes 30 to 40 days, depending on the size of the kiln and the type of wood used. Regularly monitor the kiln, adjust the flame, and ensure the kiln remains sealed
The finished charcoal is selected and pro e required size. To minimize risks, we leave the charcoal in a natural environment for at least 48 hours before packaging it according to customer specifications. 6
After the burning pr plete, wait for the kiln to cool completely before opening the door and removing the charcoal
