Our Director
David Green is the Managing Director of The Strategic Partner. He spent his early career working in the insurance sector before moving to the legal industry, where he became a law firm manager and owner. David started The Strategic Partner in 2018 and works as a Consultant, providing support and guidance to law firms.
Day to day, the team at TSP consult on issues surrounding mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, forecasting and business strategy.
From a compliance perspective, David works with businesses providing the more technical side of risk and compliance, helping firms if they have difficulty with the SRA or are looking to undertake more complex compliance audits and reviews.
