1-6 MONTH DURATION

Consultation (1-2 hrs/month): Uncover & understand goals, values, and interests
Strategy Overview: Define philanthropic vision and mission
Portfolio Review: Assess past giving and future plans.
Research: Identify 4-6 causes or specific funding opportunities that align with strategy.
Resource Pack: Includes a giving tracker and relevant contacts/readings.
PHILANTHROPY LEADERSHIP
Annual engagement
Ideal for high-net-worth individuals & families, including family foundations and DAF holders with next-gen leadership, who want to master their giving and outsource operations.
Ongoing Consultation (1-4 hrs/month): Regular strategy sessions to review progress and refine plans.
Tailored Philanthropy Strategy: Refine philanthropic vision and mission, which may include establishment of new private foundation or Donor Advised Fund.
Grant Management: Development and/or oversight of a charitable portfolio, including general donations, restricted grants and partnerships
Family or Team Engagement (if applicable): Workshops or meetings to involve family members or teams, fostering a shared philanthropic journey.
Relationship Management: Serve as an extension of you/your family with the organizations you support.
Back Office Support: Prepare grant proposal summaries & financial reporting to keep the board informed, coordinate with accountants & lawyers on annual filings, oversee grant distributions and more.
