The goal of this brand refresh is to create a unified visual to help THG employees easily identify IT-shared services. This will create a recognizable pattern making ITSS a trusted shared service by aligning more closely with THG branding.
The journey toward a brand remodel started with a request for a new logo to help with their recognizability. In order to identify and assess ITSS’s challenges, the team met with the MarComm department to conduct a thorough assessment of challenges ITSS were facing. Based on their collective findings, a solution was proposed that matched both teams’ vision and mission related to ommunications. From logo to email signature, the elements of this rebrand aim to promote a consistent source of communication from IT shared services to THG employees.

Sharepoint is an internial universal information resource used throughout THG. We utilize SharePoint for content organization, internal team communication, and storage. Using THG branding standards, I was able to create visually appealing documents that live on our Center Sharepoint site.

From I-465: Take exit 21 to W 71st St. in Pike Township
Follow the signs to turn west towards Intech Boulevard Turn le on Intech Boulevard
At the roundabout, take the rst exit to remain on Intech Boulevard
Turn right on Intech Way and follow the Intech entrance until you see the main entrance of The Center on your right
Turn right into the entrance, then turn right into the parking lot
Launch Zoom and select Join with Computer Audio when prompted.
Open your Teams settings by clicking the three dots next to your initials in the top right corner of your Teams window.
In the bottom-left navigation of Zoom, click the arrow next to the microphone and confirm that Echo Cancelling Speakerphone is selected as both microphone and speaker.
Select Settings Select Devices from the drop-down menu.
In the bottom navigation of Zoom, click the arrow next to the camera and confirm that Meeting Owl Pro Camera is selected.
At the top of the Devices menu, confirm that Meeting Owl Pro is selected under Audio devices
In the bottom-right corner of your desktop, click the speaker icon and confirm that system audio is being routed to Echo Cancelling Speakerphone
Scroll to the bottom of the Devices page and confirm that Meeting Owl Pro is selected under Camera
In the bottom right corner of your taskbar, click the speaker icon and confirm that Echo Cancelling Speakerphone is selected.

The goal of this Center Map was to simplify our current map to help THG employees and visitors easily identify meeting room spaces on levels 1 and 2. This will also be used as a resource when booking meetig rooms through outlook, allowing you to open a pdf version where your meeting will be held.
