Despite being nestled in the Hertfordshire countryside the site boasts great road and rail links. Located just 15 minutes from the M25 (J25) or 10 minutes from a train station on the London to Liverpool Street line. In less than 30 minutes on the train you could be in central London or exploring historic Cambridge in under an hour. Our holiday home development has been designed to create a truly relaxing and tranquil place to spend your time. There’s plenty of room between pitches so you never feel hemmed in, with countryside views all around and careful landscaping adding to the natural atmosphere.

There are a few key things that need to be considered before you make your purchase: Choice of model We work with the best suppliers to ensure you get value for money.

Prices for new holiday homes start at just £35,000. Flexible finance options are available with carefully selected suppliers, just ask a member of the team for more information.

Annual site fees These vary depending on your choice of pitch (bronze, silver or gold) and whether you’ve taken up the option to have decking installed.

Utility bills Each pitch has meters for both gas and electricity. The meters are read twice per year and we’ll send you a bill for the amount of gas and electricity you have used over this period.
