Passed peacefully on Thursday March 16, 2017 at Fauquier Hospital in Warrenton, VA. She entered this world December 1, 1932 in Washington, DC, born to the late Clifton and Eleanor Thompson. She is survived by her brother Lester Thompson and wife Ann, Cecil Berry, brother-in-law, her children David Pompell, wife Tammy, Wayne Pompell, Rena Mitchum and husband Noah, Clifton Wilkins, Lester Wilkins, April Cross and husband Mike along with 7 grandchildren Jason Poletis, Mark Pompell, Christin Wilkins, Michael Wilkins, Victoria Martin, Jacob Cross and Joshua Cross. She also had 6 great grandchildren. Her spouses Leroy Pompell, Chesley G Wilkins, Jack Coffman; her sister Helen Berry; 2 brothers Merrill Thompson and Clifton Thompson and two sons Chesley Wilkins and Donald Wilkins all preceded her in death. Her remains will be buried in the Quantico Cemetery with late husband Jack. No services will take place at this time. A gathering of family and friends celebrating her life will be held at her home the beginning of May. Any donations should be sent to the Virginia Breast Cancer Society in her name.

Ruby T. Walker Brooker Ms. Ruby T. Walker Brooker, daughter of the late Fannie Mae and Reuben Walker, peacefully transitioned to her eternal home in glory on Sunday, March 19, 2017. Her celebration of life memorial service will be held at Cedar Hill Funeral Home, Suitland, MD on Saturday, April 1, 2017 at 12:00 noon.
