Kush Masters hired me as their Marketing Coordinator not only to manage all marketing projects, but to revamp the brand’s identity. My take was a modern twist on 70s psychedelic artwork with bold colors and handmade pop-art graphics. I designed all-new marketing collateral, social media content, merch and packaging.

KM Relief was the original CBD brand under Kush Masters before the 5E Hemp line. With experience in the industry, I knew my approach had to be more subdued. I completely revamped the outdated Shopify website and created new B2B marketing collateral for the sales team.
This project was especially challenging as the website had to be dual-branded with both KM Relief and 5E Hemp products.

When solidifying the brand identity of VERA Cultivation, I was asked to keep designs sleek and sophisticated to resemble their innovative approach to growing quality buds. We moved away from the obsolete categories of sativa, hybrid and indica to focus on the effects of each unique strain. Uplift, Steady and Unwind were paired with metallic colors that would act as accents.

VERA Strain Cards
For each of VERA’s strain, a trading card was designed to showcase its unique genetics, terpene profile, nose and taste.
The challenge was letting the bud shine on a very small card that would be filled with vital information.
Unlike other trading cards I’ve seen in the market, I did not confine the bud image to a specific part of the layout. Instead, the bud serves as the full background, with the text cleanly arranged on top with a subtle black fade.
