Area 13 is blessed to produce new toastmasters, new leaders and new champions year after year. With the guidance of the veterans, the young and energetic toastmasters are in the driving seat of all the clubs.

Every year a team of dedicated toastmasters gathers to conduct the Area contest. An event that gives wings to the dreams of many aspiring toastmasters. An event that not only displays the talent of outstanding speakers but leaders and organizers who conduct the event with high standards.When you decide to become part of an annual speech contest:You decide to become a better public speaker.You decide to become a Leader.You decide to devote time and energy for self-development.You decide to take the challenge.In short, you decide to show your talent to the world and inspire a group of people around you.

ANGELS TOASTMASTERS CLUB PRESIDENT, TM Asha Rani It is an honour and pleasure to pen a message as the President of Angels Toastmasters club, which is one of the best ladies Toastmasters club in the Island.Speech contests are important part of the education program.Contests helps to develop our speaking skills faster. It is an opportunity to craft a message that impacts the audience deeply and provides profound value to them. It helps all the participants help to see our confidence soar. As we have moved through the year, I am immensely proud of our members and their achievements as they step out of their comfort zones and push their limits.

We provide a place where you can explore the wonderful world of public speaking & leadership. Success of our club is the strong, dedicated executive committee and enthusiastic members who help to achieve our educational goals for the current term.

L am truly excited to be a part of this fire sparkling Area 13 Speech Contest 2019-20 and to meet the leaders from area 13. Each contest focuses on a particular set of skills providing a terrific opportunity to learn about a specific area of communication. I would like to congratulate the whole organising committee of this event and wishing contestants all the best.

It’s an absolute honor and privilege of mine to be given the opportunity to lead the first bilingual Toastmaters in the kingdom of Bahrain. The BKS Toastmaters club has been running since 2013 and for the last 6 years we had the privilege to be a part of the organizing committee for area 13 contest. Every year we as a club look forward to this gathering as it’s an existing, challenging and informative event with excellent speaker’s from various clubs. Even though it’s set out to be a competition where in success failure, triumphs and errors are inevitable, I believe everyone leave the event a winner as it’s a truly learning experience filled with multiple opportunities for developing strong public speaking skills.

I am certain that the hard work of every contestant will shine through their speeches, and I am truly exited to be inspired on the day. I wish all the contestants and the organizers well and hope that the event turns out to be more fruitful, influential and stimulating than previous year.

KEEN 4 TOASTMASTERS CLUB PRESIDENT, TM Deepak K P As a very humble and proud member of Toastmaster community, it is indeed a great privilege to be associated with Area13 as the President of Keen4 Toastmasters Club. When it comes to the contest season, the excitement and opportunity it provides is unmatched compared to routine club meetings. This is the beginning of “Clash of Titans”.

This is a big window to step outside your club and get exposed to a diverse community and a larger arena, where the champion speakers rub shoulders and leaders joint their hands. This is something a toastmaster should never miss.

I wish the area 13 organizing committee all the very best for conducting a grand and successful contest.
