Q&A What are the Basic Eligibility Requirements for US Citizenship?

The Disability Exception Under certain circumstances, an applicant for naturalization may be excused from taking the English and/or civics portion of the Naturalization test if he/she is able to demonstrate inability to fulfill such requirements due to a physical or mental impairment or disability.
