A positive first impression is the best place to start!
Potential buyers will make decisions about whether or not the property is right for them based on your marketing & listing photos, drive-bys, entryways and throughout the home as they envision themselves living in the space. Below are some easy ways to start ensuring you make the best first impression!

Clean your garden beds, mow the lawn & remove any debris or garbage.

Freshen up your front entrance! Paint the door, update the lighting, & add some decor.
