2KW power, electronic thermostatic control and ultra-quick recovery time. The grooved griddle has recently increased in popularity thanks to its remarkable versatility. The grooves allow the griddle to replicate many of the functions of a traditional grill (such as imprinting a classic char pattern onto breads and meat), while also allowing pathways for fat to run off, leading to a leaner, healthier final result.
Single gas burner installed beneath a solid stainless steel top, serving as the heat source for the entire surface. The surface becomes the cooking source and offers variable heat zones with the strongest heat in the center (up to 575F), directly above the burner, and diffusing outwards (around 175F on outer edges). La Brittany BRITTANY IS HOME TO ONE OF EUROPE’S OLDEST AND PROUDEST CULTURES.
The region of Brittany is home to one of Europe’s oldest and proudest cultures, with monuments dating back over 7,000 years brushing shoulders with rustic seaside villages that seem impervious to the tides of time. Our collection reflects the homespun, unpretentious flavor of the area with an unembellished palette of rich brown wood with tasteful cream accents. La Brittany is a collection well-matched to stately older homes, and those with a sure and confident sense of style.
La Provence ALL THE INGREDIENTS ONE NEEDS TO EXPERIENCE A TASTE OF THE SUNDAPPLED.
Olive oil, salt, fresh fish and a glass of pale rosé—these are all the ingredients one needs to experience a taste of the sun-dappled soul of Provence. Dressed in a smart French blue inspired by the shores of Marseille, a La Provence kitchen imbues a home with the carefree class of a cruise on the Mediterranean. Le New York IT’S OBVIOUS WHY LE NEW YORK STANDS ALONE.
The only one of our wood collections not named for a French region, it’s obvious why Le New York stands alone. With an urbane gray and white palette that brings to mind the city’s famous high rises, this collection belongs to a homeowner with the ambition and grace to be comfortable in their own skin. Easily turn 2 of your gas burners into a smooth griddle with this attachment. By removing the grates of 2 burners you create the space to fit the griddle attachment and "voila" you have a griddle. When done cooking you remove the griddle attachment (only once the griddle has fully cooled off) wash and store. The mature trees, luscious landscape and location of this incredible estate was more than enough inspiration for our design team to dream up this kitchen. The La Provencal Custom Range, nestled in a gorgeous stone wall. done in a sweet and warm blue that was carried over to all appliances except hood which was left in our signature hand brushed stainless steel. Solid oak cabinets, hand finished in white, coupled with a massive walnut edge grain chopping board counter top and estremoz marble tops throughout. This lovely kitchen is an integral part of a great room with a huge atrium like door to the stunning backyard in one of the most amazing areas of greater Los Angeles. Truly one for the books, so much charm and sophistication makes this space a pleasure in every way.

A Taste of Provence HUDSON VALLEY, NEW YORK ALL NESTED IN SOLID OAK HAND MADE CABINETS. This lovely project was brought to us by the client’s design team, we worked hand to hand to create the feel of Provence the clients wanted for their country home in the Hudson Valley. Full stainless steel custom cooking suite with large professional range and hood all finished in gloss black with our classic “living” brass trim accents throughout. Stainless steel counter tops on island and carrara marble on sink area adds the balance and elegance required. Solid wire brushed oak cabinets, with hand rubbed natural oil finish and natural interiors envelops this work of art of a kitchen. A relax and yet sophisticated execution that really evokes the client’s style. Project designed for a country home in Provençal style fitted with custom cooking island suite and matching appliances.

When it came to designing the kitchen and butler’s pantry for this Hamptons project our design team was asked to balance simplicity and elegance without losing the sense of luxury this house requires; being a beach this needed to be airy and light as well. The final product shows all the characteristics envisioned by our client and their team and still providing a beautiful combination of custom stainless steel cabinets, appliances and hand made solid oak cabinets. With the added texture and beauty of the end grain walnut butcher block countertop section combined with Calacatta marble all used in the oversized island that can double as prep area or brunch food display. Natural walnut interiors on all wood cabinets finished with our hand-rubbed oil finish ensures beauty and lifetime durability. All made to measure like actual pieces of furniture for your kitchen from stainless steel cabinets to appliances exactly as you wish, where you wish. No standards, no limits, no compromises ever.

A contemporary twist without losing warmth and elegance, adeptly achieved by using lots of solid walnut in the custom hand made cabinets. Finished with natural hand-rubbed oil creates a matt natural effect that is not only beautiful but also a breeze to maintain. A daring use of English racing green on appliances and interiors of tall glass doors cabinets just adds tons to the incredible design. One of our favorite recent executions showing that there is no need to be afraid of color.

L’ATELIER’S UNIQUE AND TRADITIONAL FRENCH TOUCH IN THIS MANHATTAN PENTHOUSE, WE KNEW WE ALSO WANTED TO EVOKE A DISTINCTLY NEW YORK SENSIBILITY.
The proud fleur-de-lis you see emblazoned throughout this project is synonymous with L’Atelier’s unique and traditional French touch, but when we were approached by the owner of this Manhattan penthouse to design their kitchen, we knew we also wanted to evoke a distinctly New York sensibility. In consultation with our client, a gifted amateur chef, we settled on a palette of resolute charcoal with gleaming metallic highlights. The efficient, ultramodern design favors clean lines with minimal and tasteful ornamentation that nonetheless catches the light in striking fashion. Both an aesthetic showpiece and a laboratory for culinary experimentation, we worked out the optimal positioning for the range, convection oven and cabinetry, with ample prep space and built-in convection warming drawers. The client, a regular host of bustling society functions, also requested a pair of wine chilling units, which we were able to combine with a 400 series refrigerator.
Reflecting our commitment to artisinal craftsmanship, the cabinetry is constructed of durable hand-brushed stainless steel with polished chrome brass trim, with oak handles and a formidable black marble backsplash behind the rear island.
