ambienturĂŤ logo proposal_01
considering that the majority of people interesed in visiting have very little information on what they will find during their visit in Kosovo and the ecofriendly mission of “ambienturĂŤâ€? we based this proposal on a few major concepts:
1_the recycled materials’ texture the whole brand of ambienturÍ will be based on recycled and ecofriendly materials.
2_conquering unknown or hard to reach places considering that Kosovo (and Balkans in general) is a relatively unkonown territory, the visitors are expected to be younger - more adventurous people, for whom, Kosovo will be another mountain to conquer.
3_claiming a property /putting the flag at the top of the mountain/
on each tree that will be planted, the tourists will add a name tag, thus the tree they plant will work as their own personalized flag on each 100km of their trip.

the general form of the logo is based on the old typographic style of logos used in the west. this style has been chosen to easily grab the attention of the target group, while not feeling alienated by a completely unknown symbol. given the difficulties of this region, it is important to provide the target group with the feeling of familiarity on the image they see. this creates a stron realiability factor on choosing “ambienturĂŤâ€? services

as opposed to the previous version, the team took an approach oriented towards symbols and original Kosovo landmarks
1_novobĂŤrda castle
euro-germanic hreitage in Kosovo. as a historical landmark, it is unique and represents a great point of mutual interest between the Balkans and Western Europe since the early 6-7th cent.
2_carpets
on the other hand, as a craft mainly known in the east, the kosovan carpets contain amazing symbolism evolved through-out millenias.
3_batllava lake
slightly lesser famous parts of Kosovo are also it’s water sources. as Balkans has a small number of sailable rivers and other water sources, lakes stand as some of the most important eco-tourism spots.

the logo is symetrical and visually strong . it is comprised of very original elements while the general feeling given is that of sports and andventure. this youthful feeling gives a fresh and full of energy look while keeping a serious posture.
