Strategy Implementation Roadmap (SIR) and Body of Knowledge (SIBOK) Too often leaders are asked to implement strategy but are not provided the guidance or roadmap to do so. The course and certification are underpinned by the Institute’s Strategy Implementation Roadmap© and Body of Knowledge (SIBOK) which provides a step-by-step guide on how to implement strategy successfully.

The Strategy Implementation Professional On-Demand Modules Participant’s study seven modules with four stages, making up 28 different sections, which take approximately one hour each to complete and are broken into bite size learning combining videos, presentations, and articles. The modules can be taken in any order. You can start the course on any day, and you are free to study whenever it suits you and at your own pace over a 12-week period.

Live Strategy Implementation Workshop The 2-day workshop focuses on the how the Strategy Implementation concepts relate to your reality and how you will apply some of the concepts to increase impact within your organization.

Along with the on-demand modules, the workshop will also prepare participants for the SIP certification exam. Prior to the workshop you will be asked to come prepared with answers to these questions: 1. The top three challenges that your team is currently facing.

Online professional exam and certification The online exam is facilitated by APMG International and participants will be provided with an exam voucher and details to how to book their exam when they are ready. The exam is web proctored, and a webcam will be required. The exam is 1-hour, closed book with 70 multiple choice questions. Participants are required to score 49 correct answers or more to pass.

Upon successful completion of the exam and receiving the SIP certification participants can add Professional Member of the Strategy to their credentials. After being a Professional Member for two years, they can apply to become a Fellow of the Strategy Implementation Institute.

Membership to the online community On enrolment into the program, you will automatically become a member of the Institute, which is included in the fee for the first year.

The Institute brings people together, from around the world, who are passionate about implementation and is creating an online community.
