‘My Learning Tree’ What is ‘My Learning Tree’? „My Learning Tree‟ is a place where our attendees, or anyone with an interest in training, can gather information and collaborate. Members are able to create and customize a profile, view their training history, take advantage of special offers, participate in the „My Learning Tree‟ Community, and much more.

How do I create an account?

Click „CREATE‟ at the top of the Learning Tree homepage at LearningTree.com.

Once you click on the link, you are taken to the LOGIN page. Enter a User ID/E-mail and Password to create your account.

How do I access my account?

Click „LOGIN‟ at the top of the Learning Tree homepage at LearningTree.com.

Can I join the ‘My Learning Tree’ Community?

Anyone with an e-mail address can create an account and access „My Learning Tree‟. The account is free, password-protected and always available for you to review. Simply log on, fill out your personal profile, create your user account, and start enjoying the many benefits of this unique web resource.

How do I change my contact information?

Can I keep track of past Learning Tree courses I’ve taken?

On the My Profile / Preferences page, you can view and/or edit your User ID/E-mail, LOGIN password and mailing address, as well as select the training topics you‟re most interested in.

Yes — Visit the My Courses / Transcripts page of your account, where there will be a list of every course you have taken since 1998. You will also see when you took the course and whether or not you passed the course exam.

By clicking on your past courses, you can view and download your Course Completion Certificate, Course Files, Documents and Supplemental Learning Materials. Learning Tree will provide a list of Helpful Websites and Recommended Reference Books for your completed courses as well.

Can I access information on the course I’m currently taking?

Yes — On the My Courses / Transcripts page of your account, you can view and download all your course information and files, such as Take Home Materials, Exercise Manuals and Course Notes. You can also find information on your instructor.

Where can I get a copy of my Course Completion Certificate?

Your Course Completion Certificate can be found on the My Courses / Transcripts page. Click on the course you wish to receive your certificate for, and then select „Print/Download a PDF of your Course Completion Certificate‟. Alternatively, you can request that we mail your Course Completion Certificate to the mailing address you provide.

Can I monitor the progress of my certifications?

Absolutely — With „My Learning Tree‟, keeping track of your certification progress is easy. Visit the My Certifications page of your account to view the current status of your Learning Tree Certifications and Industry Certifications. Not only will you see how much progress you have made in the certifications you are specifically pursuing, but also any other certifications you presently qualify for and how close you are to completing them.

What information can I find on my Third Party Exams?

If you have taken a Third Party Exam (ITIL®, CompTIA, etc.) you can find your information on the Third Party Exams page of your account.

Where can I see any future courses I am enrolled in?

You can visit your My Future Courses / Wish List page to see all of your upcoming courses. A detailed list will be shown that includes your future course dates and locations, as well as a description for each of your future courses, including instructor info and their associated My Learning Goals form.

If you have completed a Learning Tree Certification Program, you will see a list of completed certificates under My Certifications.

What is a My Learning Goals form and where can I find them?

The My Learning Goals form exists to provide you with the best learning experience you can have.

Please complete your My Learning Goals form no later than one week before the start of your course, that way your instructor can review your goals and tailor the course lectures and materials to ensure your goals are met.

You can find your My Learning Goals form on the My Future Courses / Wish List page of your account until the week of your event. Once you reach the week of your event, the form can be found on the My Courses / Transcripts page.

What is My Wish List and how do I use it?

My Wish List is a planning tool, located on the My Future Courses / Wish List page, that displays all the Learning Tree courses you are interested in attending. By adding courses to your wish list, managing your future training is simplified.

„Add to My Wish List‟ appears at the top of every course page. Click the link to add a course to your wish list. A notification will appear that tells you the course has been added. If a course is already included in your wish list, the option to add the course will not be available.

Am I able to access Learning Tree’s monthly catalog?

How can ‘My Learning Tree’ help me decide which course to take next? „My Learning Tree‟ reviews your course history and develops a list of Recommended Courses designed to meet your training objectives. Your list of Recommended Courses can be found toward the bottom of the My Future Courses / Wish List page.

Yes — Simply go to the Free Catalog page from your „My Learning Tree‟ Account. You can download the latest catalog or experience our interactive e-catalog.

You can also request a catalog to be mailed to you.

What is the Course Scheduling Tool and how do I use it?

The Course Scheduling Tool can be used by training managers and attendees to map out individual training plans. This tool is located on the Course Scheduling Tool / My Saved Searches page and can be customized to display all the courses of interest in the time frame you specify, whether you want to attend in-class or via AnyWare™. Simply select the starting month, your topics of interest, and the specific courses within your topics (optional) and let us do the rest.

What are Passports and how are they linked to ‘My Learning Tree’?

Learning Tree Training Passports are multi-course savings plans for individuals. You can save money by ordering a 2-, 3- or 4-course Passport to get the training and certification you need.

The My Passports page of your account shows the current status of your Training Passports with detailed information, such as your Passport Number, Activation Date, Expiration Date, Courses Taken and Courses Enrolled In.

What can I find under My News / Offers?

Account holders can visit this section of their „My Learning Tree‟ account for the latest news, special offers and our tuition savings programs. If Learning Tree has any new courses, new locations or special savings, you can find it here.

You can also save your course schedules to your „My Learning Tree‟ Account for future reference and share them with colleagues.
