Session 2: Financial Inclusion: "Kasama Lahat: Building a Financially Inclusive and Sustainable Philippines"

Financial Inclusion is part and parcel of social development. It gives meaning to the buzzword "sustainability", on both organizational and personal levels. To be financially included implies ownership and access of resources and a certain level of financial knowledge to be able to manage these resources. This is the foundation of social development and poverty alleviation. Being financially included implies opportunities are opened for jobs, for enterprise development, for investments. It is an essential part of CSR programs and, as such, is incorporated in their ESG reports.
