ACTIVITY 1: SELF-ASSESSMENT OF COACHING BEHAVIOURS.
a. If you can, please audio record a 10- to 15-min section of you coaching during a training session.
If you are not able to do this, then please watch a 10- to 15-min section of a football coaching session video online.
b. Please listen back to your recording and create a tally of your verbal coaching behaviours in the table below.
If a verbalisation lasts more than 5 seconds, then place a hyphen (-) next to the tally and do so again for subsequent 5 second blocks of time if the verbalisations continue.
