Main tasks, duties and responsibilities

» Oversee and manage the organization’s day-to-day operations.

» Manage and coordinate the organisation’s daily operation to ensure efficiency and alignment with strategic goals.

SENIOR MANAGER, GRADE 13 (ASSESSMENT & EXAMINATION)

Main tasks, duties and responsibilities

» Manage and oversee the implementation of Assessment & Examination activities.

» Ensure assessment methodologies and practices are relevant and align with the latest aspirations of the Sarawak Civil Service.

» Monitor and ensure the timely submission of all assessment reports to the relevant departments.

» Manage and oversee the department’s budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and effectively.

» Collaborate with key stakeholders to enhance assessment strategies and improve overall effectiveness.

» Master’s degree in Education, Public Administration, Management or a related field; and

» Bachelor’s degree in Education, Public Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

» Strong knowledge of assessment methodologies and examination processes.

» Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.

» Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess data and make informed decisions.

Main tasks, duties and responsibilities

» Define the vision and objectives for coaching programmes.

» Ensure the coaching initiatives support the organisation’s leadership development and succession planning efforts.

» Manage and oversee the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of the coaching programmes and coaching initiatives.

» Promote and lead initiatives for continuous professional development (CPD) of the team.

» Develop metrics to measure the effectiveness and return on investment (ROI) of the coaching programme.

Qualification

» Master’s Degree in Organisational Development, Human Resource Development, or related field; and

» Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.

» Certified and familiar with professional coaching standards (ICF, IAC or similar bodies is highly desirable).

» Knowledge of various coaching approaches (performance coaching, executive coaching, group coaching and team coaching).

» Extensive experience in leadership roles, preferably including experience as a coach or mentor within corporate setting.

ASSISTANT MANAGER, GRADE 9 (FINANCE AND ACCOUNTS)

Main tasks, duties and responsibilities

» Compile and monitor the annual budget and grant.

» Supervise billing activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

» Monitor company investments to track performance and compliance.

» Oversee sectional procedures to ensure audit readiness.

» Prepare and submit SST reports to the Royal Malaysian Customs Department.

Qualification

» Bachelor Degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related field.

» Serve as Concept Visualiser for the project concept of audiovisual, graphic effects in multimedia presentation, Web Design, Social Media campaigns and Corporate Branding.

Qualification

» Bachelor Degree in Business Administration / Multimedia / Graphic Design or a related field.

» Proficiency with design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop & Illustrator and InDesign.

» Liaise with the State departments, agencies, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of training programmes.

Qualification

» Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

» Possess good skills and knowledge with infrastructure, infostructure, network architecture, operating systems, configuration, troubleshooting and new technologies.
