VACANCY DETAILS SENIOR MANAGER (MANAGEMENT OFFICE) Main tasks, duties and responsibilities » Assist in managing the organisation’s day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with strategic objectives. » Support the implementation of corporate strategies, transformation initiatives, & performance improvement programmes. » Assist in overseeing compliance with organisational policies, regulations, and governance frameworks while proactively managing operational and strategic risks. » Assist in developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and external agencies to support organisational objectives. » Drive initiatives that enhance organisational culture, employee engagement, and operational excellence.

Qualification

» Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Human Resource Management, or a qualification recognized as equivalent by the Government.

» Possession of a PhD will be considered an added advantage. » At least 20 years of progressive management experience, in a senior leadership or operational management role.

» Excellent communication skills in both English and Malay (written and spoken).

» Strong leadership, mentoring, and team-building capabilities. » Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills. » Sound knowledge of corporate governance, compliance, and risk management.

» Ability to adapt to changes in policies and practices while maintaining a focus on operational excellence.
