LCTV Memberships LCTV memberships are available to any individual resident of Ludlow, or any non-resident for a fee. Residents: FREE Non-residents: $25/yr*
A. Memberships are available for one (1) calendar year and are renewable on January 1st.
B. LCTV members are eligible to become trained in the use of a variety of LCTV equipment including studio cameras, field cameras, control room equipment and editing stations.
C. Members are entitled to discounted LCTV workshops and classes.
D. Use of production equipment and studio facilities is scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.
E. Reservations for studio use should be made at least 48 hours in advance.
F. Reservations for field equipment and editing rooms must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
G. Equipment may be used for no more than 24 hours, or one weekend, unless special permission is granted by LCTV.
H. Studio productions are to be scheduled during regular LCTV hours unless special permission is granted.

Members will be provided with one DVD copy of their finished show. Members are responsible for providing their own media or paying a $3 fee for any additional copies needed.
J.
LCTV reserves the right to pre-empt a scheduled studio production for any LCTV activity or production of special or timely value.
*Anyone unable to pay the membership fee will be able to substitute volunteer hours in exchange for their membership.
