The LCS, Inc. mission is to provide training and community engagement for youth and adults of varying abilities to enhance their self-esteem and quality of life. Established in 1949 as an outpatient therapeutic service to the Racine community, LCS has evolved to offer individuals with disabilities communityfocused employment and communitycentered engagement opportunities. LCS believes that "potential is limitless," and through the services that it offers, promotes equal opportunities in the community for all the people it serves.

LCS Community Services Programs
LCS Connect
LCS Connect helps youth and adults of varying abilities to lead fuller, more inclusive, satisfying, and independent lives through community engagement. Whether it's eventual community employment, volunteerism, or adventurefilled recreational activities, LCS Connect encourages learning experiences and the discovery of untapped talents and potential. This service will assist individuals with learning about the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR) services and the steps to community employment.
LCS QEST
In partnership with the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR), LCS Quality Employment Solutions Today (QEST) helps youth and adults of varying abilities find community employment that matches their individual unique talents, wants, needs, and employment goals. QEST staff are Certified Employment Support Professionals (CESP) that are skilled in supporting individuals on their journey toward employment.
LCS E-NOW!
LCS E-NOW! offers community-based, pre-employment services for youth and adults of varying abilities. This is a great next step on a person's journey toward supported/community employment. Services offered include a support team, discovery of job interests and potential through job shadowing, pre-employment training and coaching, and volunteer work experiences in the community. The desired outcome of E-NOW! services is to complete a Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR) application – A critical step in the supported/integrated employment process.
