LCP360 is a global digital marke�ng company specializing in capturing and crea�ng digital content. Our global network of photographers capture premium s�ll photography, 360° photography, and videography. All content is edited in house to maintain quality and consistency. Our in-house 3D team can visualize a space prior to its comple�on. They have the ability to create floor plans, VR ready models, and renderings.

Panoskin is a digital asset management system. It allows LCP360 to upload photography, virtual tours, and renderings directly to Google Maps and Google My Business lis�ngs. Once live, the virtual tour can be branded and customized with enhanced features and func�onali�es, including interac�ve floor plans, call-to-ac�ons, campus maps, and more. This custom tour can then be embedded on any website, Facebook, or shared with a direct link.

What type of content does LCP360 capture or create? We capture: Still photography, 360 photography, videography, drone/aerial photography, and drone/aerial videography. We create: 2D floorplans, 3D furnished and unfurnished floorplans, 3D VR ready models, still renderings, 360 renderings, and VR walk-throughs using Oculus or HTC Vive headset.

What is a virtual tour? Virtual tours are a series of panoramic images stitched together to create 360-degree images. Each 360-degree image is connected to create a fluid walk-through.

What is the difference between a Google virtual tour and a Panoskin virtual tour? A Google virtual tour is uploaded to a Google Business listing. Once live, it is accessible on Google Search and Google Maps. A Panoskin virtual tour utilizes your existing Google tour to create a custom experience in a unique viewer. This can then be embedded on the client website, social media page, or shared via direct link. The Panoskin virtual tour can house all types of digital content. The tour player allows custom branding to meet client brand guidelines and includes different functionalities such as interactive floorplans, campus maps, and an exterior stacking feature.

Can 3D content be used to create virtual tours? 360-degree renderings can be used to create both a Google and Panoskin virtual tour. Floorplans may be added to the Panoskin tour as interactive floorplans.

Do you use in-house or local photographers for each shoot? In most cases, we are using local photographers and videographers. If properties are outside a major metropolitan area, there might be a drive-out fee between $200 – $300 depending on the distance.

How do you maintain consistency? Although content is captured by our photography network, everything is sent back to Chicago for editing. This centralized editing system allows us to control the quality and consistency of our photography.

How do you create a shot list? Once the contract is executed, the project manager will send a shot list and property prep form to the on-site manager and provide an overview of the shot process. Our project managers also work with the photographer to provide these details and any brand guidelines prior to the shoot.

Do you stage the properties? We do not provide any staging. We can work with third-party staging companies but everything must be ready prior to the photographer’s arrival. We can provide virtual staging for empty spaces but only on still photography ($50 an image).

How does scheduling work? Once the project manager has set a date with property staff and the photographer, we will send out a calendar invite for the agreed upon photoshoot date. Our project manager, photographer, marketing manager, property contact, and G5 representative will be included on the invite. This calendar invite is also necessary to deliver all assets once completed.

What does a typical property photoshoot look like? Our photographer will arrive on site, generally around 10 a.m. We want to shoot into the best light during the day, or during a specific time as chosen by the property. The photographer will meet with the assigned contact at the property and discuss layout. Based on size, our photographer may request an initial walk-through to understand the layout of the photoshoot. The photographer will generally need 2-4 hours to complete the photoshoot depending on the size and layout of the property. During this time, they will be shooting the 360 photos necessary to create the virtual walk-through as well as capture still photos throughout the property. After the photoshoot, we instruct our photographers to upload the photos as soon as possible to LCP360’s proprietary “LCP Share” server much like any other FTP site. Generally, we see a 1-3-day turnaround before photos are on our servers.

Once photography is received, what is the timeframe* for a completed product? Still photography: completed in 5-10 business days after we receive the initial upload. Google tour: we edit, build, and publish within 10-15 business days after receiving photos. Panoskin tour: completed in 5-10 business days after publishing your Google tour. *All timeframes are subject to change based on time of year and workload. These values represent overall yearly averages.

How is content delivered to the client? Delivery can take place one of two ways: piecemeal or once all assets are completed. Ultimately, it’s up to the client. Generally, we deliver as items are completed to the calendar invite. For example, we will upload still photos to the Google My Business listing and send a link to all involved parties via the original calendar invite. Our project manager will provide a Google Drive link to the client to download and save the photography. Because there is nothing to download when delivering a virtual tour, our project manager will send a link to the live tour on Google once published.

How is the Panoskin tour delivered to the client? Panoskin delivery comes via a direct email to the client, usually including the marketing manager and the property manager, or designated contact. We will provide a username and password to the marketing manager to access the admin panel in Panoskin. In addition, we will provide a general property login for the on-site property contact. These credentials are accompanied by a “Panoskin Quick Start Guide” that walks the user through the back-end functionality. If further help is needed, the applicable national account executive will spend more time with the client to explain all features.

How will the Panoskin tour be delivered to G5 for embedding? LP360 project managers will create logins for the client account manager or staff member at G5. These will be all encompassing credentials that will provide access to all tours created for any client, as well as links to the embed code for the individual tours.

What is the Panoskin Dashboard? The Panoskin Dashboard tracks analytics for both the Google and custom Panoskin tours. These analytics track engagements beyond the G5 website such as visits to a tour embedded on Facebook. This is also where the clients can access the Mirroring Tool. This technology allows leasing agents to take out-of-state prospects on a guided tour using any device, including mobile.
