Role Detail Reporting to the Sales Manager – Airport Solutions, the Project Coordinator – Airport Solutions will support the Airport Solutions team by assuming all “operations interface” tasks including but not limited to verifying orders, creating layout spreadsheets, coordinating with logistics, creating quotes, attending meetings and providing general back-up and support to the Vice President of Sales and Sales Manager – Airport Solutions and the rest of the Airport Solutions team. The position reports directly to the Sales Manager - Airport Solutions and works together with the Airport Solutions and in a cross functional team consisting of Customer Service, Installation, Operations and Production/Shipping. Responsibilities        

Verifying all Airport orders within the cross functional team Creating layout spreadsheets and transportation breakdown spreadsheets Verifying orders are correctly entered in our ERP software Coordinate with our Logistics department to ensure shipping paperwork is completed and that ship/delivery dates are met Provide back-up support for Airport quotes and orders, as required Support our Installation team with client’s installation and service order details Attends weekly Production and Airport Solutions meetings to ensure deadlines are met All other duties, as assigned

Qualifications  Post-secondary education in a related field or related work experience  PMP designation is an asset, but not a requirement  Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience
