INTRODUCTION Poverty is one of the biggest challenges for Georgia, which is directly related to the issues of employment and unemployment.1 The above-said, among other things, is confirmed by various sociological studies. According to the research, the vast majority of citizens name employment as the main problem. Also, based on the results of the study, in which the business was also involved, it can be said that what remains the main challenge for the country by 2021 is the high number of job seekers, unused work resources and the demand-supply imbalance of professions.2 [This work was supported by *
