The design of the Farm Villa required resolving a complex program that combined hospitality, residential, and agricultural functions into a single site. One of the main challenges was organizing a clear spatial hierarchy between private living quarters, guest areas, and farm-related facilities such as the stables, barn, and slaughterhouse.
Circulation and access needed to be carefully planned to avoid overlap between service routes and guest pathways, all while maintaining strong visual and physical connections to the landscape. The scale of the project also demanded thoughtful massing and transitions to create a cohesive experience across multiple buildings and uses.

The objective was to design a retail store that reflects the design and branding of King Saud University. The design draws directly from the university’s visual identity, incorporating elements inspired by the logo and color palette. The project involved converting an open, previously informal prayer area into a fully enclosed university gift shop.
The design introduces a clearly defined layout consisting of a main retail space, back storage, an administrative office, and a changing room. Inspired by the university’s logo and color palette, the space features custom display units tailored to a curated merchandise list, including apparel, stationery, and branded accessories. Material selections and detailing were guided by the existing campus architecture, while the digital screen at the entrance was strategically incorporated as a focal point for branding and orientation.

This project renovates two existing buildings in the Diplomatic Quarters to become the new offices for Quality and Time Consulting. The design is inspired by the company’s name and its symbolism, the hourglass and the sands of time. This is reflected through a warm, sandy color palette and layered materials that suggest both the passage of time and lasting quality.
The goal is to create a space that feels welcoming and comfortable, moving away from the typical corporate look toward a more hospitality-driven environment. The design focuses on supporting productivity while promoting a calm and inviting atmosphere. Careful attention to spatial flow, materiality, and lighting ensures the space expresses the company’s values and identity

The Dnia Bukhri restaurant merges together two storefronts into a single, unified space, connected by a central door carefully positioned around an existing exterior column. The entrance draws on traditional Kuwaiti door designs.
Inside, the design references Kuwait’s maritime heritage through lighting fixtures inspired by fishing nets and glass dividers etched with the restaurant’s logo and patterns based on traditional beads. The color palette balances modern elements with natural tones that reflect the Kuwaiti landscape and the brand’s identity.
