Baby’s Injury at Birth Results in Medical Malpractice Award of 19.3 Million Southfield, MI (Law Firm Newswire) February 9, 2017 - Parents of a newborn daughter with severe brain damage filed a medical malpractice lawsuit alleging negligence in the baby’s delivery.
