ARTWORK SPECIFICATION Art work must be sent in PNG, JPEG, GIF or PDF format and must not exceed 1024 KB and the specified dimensions. Ads that exceed the specified file size and dimension will be compressed, and quality may be compromised.

POLICIES PAYMENT TERMS All advertisement is payable by checks and cash. Established clients will be invoiced; new clients must pay in advance. Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date.

CANCELLATION Cancellation requests must be in writing, signed and dated. Ads cancelled after the advertiser has reserved ad space will be billed at 50 percent of the cost; ads cancelled after the copy deadline will be billed at 100 percent of the cost.

CREATIVE SERVICES La Voz can provide basic ad layout and design for non-camera ready ads at no extra cost. In cases where advertisement requires elaborate work, client may be billed for additional production cost. For best production results, please provide us with high-quality logos, photos, or other types of graphics with at least 300 dpi resolution.

AD POLICIES La Voz reserves the right to edit, alter or omit any advertisement submitted for publication. La Voz will advertise only that which is legal to sell, and will not advertise the following: tobacco, alcohol, term paper or research assistance, drug paraphernalia or sexually suggestive ads. Printing the ad does not imply endorsement or acceptance of the person, service, event, product, or idea advertised. All advertisements are accepted and published upon representation that the agency and/or advertiser is authorized to publish the entire contents and the subject matter of its advertisement. La Voz reserves the right to revise its advertising rates at any time, or to change its publishing schedule. Announcement of an increase shall be made 30 days in advance to contract advertisers. No verbal agreement altering the rates and/or terms of these rate sheets shall be recognized. Specific placement may neither be sold nor guaranteed, but can be requested. Failure to meet position requests will not constitute cause for adjustment, refund, or rerun. La Voz is not liable for delays in delivery in the event of unforeseeable actions by any condition beyond the control of the publisher affecting production or delivery of any manner. In the event of an error, La Voz liability is limited to credit for one insertion on multiple insertions.
