Karoo Mighty Men experience

ast year the Karoo Mighty Men Conference (KMMC) hosted a group of 50 men from the Cape Peninsula, who travelled to the meeting in a single bus. This year an expanded group is planning to attend the KMMC consisting of 600 men who will arrive in 10 busses.

o vlieg die tyd en die eerste kwartaal en eerste drie maande van 2014 is al verby. Al die nuwejaarsvoornemings is al iets van die verlede of vergete. Die dieet is by die deur uit, “ek gaan meer gym”, het nie gebeur nie en nie eens gepraat van…ek gaan harder swot die jaar nie. Ons hou ons so besig met alles en almal, behalwe met wat regtig vir ons belangrik is. By Elev8Youth probeer ons die perspektief behou en beloftes van 2014 aangryp. Die jaar het so vinnig begin en dit voel asof dit net verder stoom opbou. Net so is die Here ook besig om te bou aan die jeug en leiers. Gedurende April het ons nie so baie byeenkomste nie, maar ons bly doelgerig en gefokus. Op 25-27 April is dit weer tyd vir Camp Worship. Ons wil graag hê al die jongmense moet gaan. Ons gaan op 13 April, na afloop van die oggenddiens, bazaar poeding by die kerk verkoop teen R10 per bakkie wat sal dien as fondsinsameling vir die jeug. Die kamp kos R420 as ons meer as 10 kinders inskryf, maar ons wil die kostes nog afkry met die poeding verkope. Kom gee julle name asb so spoedig moontlik vir Quintin of Christél.
