ORDERS

Minimum first time order is $150.00; any re-order is $100.00. Orders must be placed by indicated minimum or by multiples of minimums. If orders are placed below minimums, Lavido reserves the right to increase item quantity to minimum and/or multiple of the minimum. All cancellations and/or changes to any order are only accepted in writing. Prices are subject to change without prior notification.

BACKORDERS

It is the responsibility of the customer to cancel back-orders. All cancellations and/or changes to any backorder are only accepted in writing.

PAYMENT

All opening orders must be paid by credit card. Cards are charged at the time of shipping and only for the items shipped. Once credit card is on file for initial order, terms can be established for subsequent orders by supplying Lavido with credit references. We do not ship COD. Net 60 terms are available upon credit approval.

PAST DUE ACCOUNTS

We reserve the right not to ship open orders to customers with past due invoices without notification. Late payment will result in cancellation of terms. Past-due accounts are charged 1.5 %per month interest. Any unauthorized or unjustified returns or unapproved merchandise destruction will forfeit a claim. Items returned must be in original condition and packaging. Customer must contact Lavido: orders@cremecollective.com

SHIPPING

We ship via UPS unless otherwise instructed. FOB point is California.

RETURNS AND CLAIMS

Claims and returns must be submitted no later than 10 days of receipt of merchandise. Claims not reported within this time frame will not be considered for review. Original shipping charges will not be refunded, and all returns are subject to a 20 % restocking fee. Unauthorized or unjustified returns or unapproved merchandise will forfeit claim. Items returned must be in original condition and packaging. The original credit card will be refunded otherwise a credit will remain on your account towards your next order.
