A: According to Saudi laws, passengers of some airlines are allowed to take ZamZam water with them from Jeddah, Riyadh, or Dammam airports as part of the free baggage. It is important to note that only travelers with a valid Hajj or Umrah visa are permitted to carry ZamZam water on flights when they are leaving the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Q: What size can my suitcase be for my 08-Day Group Umrah Tour Package, what is the weight allowed?
A: Please note that air carriers may have restrictions and requirements including weight. Generally, most airlines (Including Saudia) allow 23 kg as check-in baggage and 7 Kg as cabin bags for an economy class passenger. While travelling you also must check how many pieces of baggage you can carry along with you. The dimension of the baggage on all international flights is 158cm (62in). If you are traveling Business or First Class you are allowed to carry more weight and more number of pieces. We recommend that you contact our consultant for more up-to-date information.

When driving between cities, the coach stops after every 1 and a half to 2 hours at convenient places where you can have a coffee, and use washrooms. Hotels in the holy cities of Makkah and Madinah offer many types of rooms such as a Single room (It has 01 bed and only 01 person stays in this room) Twin / Double ( 02 People stay in the room with 02 beds), Triple (has 3 beds to accommodate three people), Quad Room (Can accommodate four people with four beds), and Quin room (Quint room can accommodate up to five people and has five beds).
Q: When can I purchase optional excursions?
A: To enable you to budget, approximate costs and descriptions of all possible optional tours are provided to you in advance. You may choose and purchase any optional excursions before your departure or during the tour. Q: Do I need a Passport and/or visa?
A: Every Indian traveler, when traveling overseas, needs to have a passport. You must check and ensure that your passport is in good condition, has blank pages, and is valid for at least 6 months. To travel for Umrah and visit Saudi Arabia you also require an Umrah Visa. The Umrah visa fee is already part of the tour cost. We will assist you with the Umrah visa application process.
