Set on over 10 acres of rolling hills with panoramic views, Jeune Perché offers a picturesque setting for your event. We can accommodate up to 200 guests.

Access and Timing
◊ Couples have access to the property starting at 8:00 AM.
◊ Property becomes private at 11am.
◊ Loud amplified music must end by 10:00 PM. Lowered music on Jeune Perché’s interior speakers can continue until 11:00 PM as guests exit.
◊ Catering cleanup must be completed by 12:00 AM.
◊ Friday: $18,000
◊ Saturday: $18,000

Payment Schedule
◊ 50% non-refundable deposit.
◊ The remaining 50% due 60 days prior to the wedding.
◊ A $1,000 refundable damage deposit will be added to the final payment, refundable one week after the wedding, provided no major damages and cleanup rules are followed.
Planning a Wedding
Planning a wedding at a private estate like Jeune Perché can be more complex than at a hotel or country club. Therefore, hiring an experienced wedding planner is crucial. We require at least a month of planning assistance, whether you opt for full-service planning or month-of coordination. Our team works closely with your planner to ensure all necessary details are handled for a flawless event. Planners not on the preferred list will have to be approved by Jeune Perché.

At a Private Estate
Event Setup and Day-of Services
On your wedding day, Jeune Perché’s staff will set up the rentals you choose. We require your planner to submit a detailed event layout with all rentals you will be using 8 days prior to the wedding. Our team will arrange draping and chandeliers according to the table layout.
Additionally, Jeune Perché provides parking attendants and a golf cart with a driver. Please note that we do not supply additional staff or services. It is your responsibility, along with your planner’s, to ensure that your event is staffed appropriately.
Catering, Bar, Entertainment
Catering Guidelines
For ease and efficiency, we recommend using one of our preferred caterers who are familiar with the venue’s setup and cleanup procedures. We can accommodate outside caterers, but they must go through a strict approval process. All caterers must be licensed and insured. DIY catering is not permitted.
You will need to hire a full-service catering team, including servers, bussers, and dishwashers (if using our dishes). If you choose to use our dishes, they must be washed, dried, and put away by the end of the night. Additionally, the kitchen must be left in its original condition.

Bartender Guidelines
If your caterer does not provide bar service and you need to hire a separate bar company, please ensure they are licensed and insured. For convenience and ease of coordination, we recommend selecting a caterer that includes bar staff. However, hiring a separate bartending service is also acceptable. Bartending companies will need to approved by Jeune Perché.
DJs and Bands
If you choose to hire a DJ, we recommend selecting a wedding DJ rather than a nightclub DJ. Nightclub DJs often bring extensive equipment and may require frequent volume adjustments.
Please note that music volume must not exceed 50 decibels at the property line, which typically corresponds to 85-90 decibels near the dance floor. Jeune Perché staff will monitor the volume throughout the night to ensure it remains within this limit. DJ and bands not on the preferred list must be approved by Jeune Perché.
FAQ
Is there overflow parking?
No, we have 65 parking spots. Please note that some of these spots are for your staff (catering, band members, photographers, etc.). Shuttles are encouraged for larger parties.
Do I need day-of insurance?
Yes, you will need to obtain coverage with limits of $2 million aggregate and $2 million per occurrence. A good resource for this is www.theeventhelper.com.
Can the event go later for an extra fee?
No, we are unable to extend the event time beyond the specified end time.
Are animals allowed?
Yes, animals are allowed, but they must be attended to at all times and can never be locked in any of the suites.
Are sparklers allowed?
No, handheld and hot sparklers are not allowed. However, cold sparklers are permitted at the dance floor.
Do all my vendors need approval?
No, only food caterers, bartenders, planners, and DJs or bands not on the preferred list require approval. Florists, photographers, hair/makeup artists, and similar vendors do not need approval.
Is the property handicap accessible?
Yes, the property is handicap accessible. We also provide a golf cart for transportation around the property.
