Sustainability in all decisions.
The project objective is to revitalise, adapt and activate the existing Heritage Forestry building, providing a new CBD location of teaching and learning spaces and workplace for the College of Business and Economics (CoBE), the School of Law, University College, and some of the University Executive Services groups and staff.
The new campus design reflects UTas commitment to sustainability; through collaborative work with Arup, the team was able to reduce embodied carbon on this project by a staggering 38%.

Connection
to Green Corridor and Design for Wellbeing.
The Bundoora Clinical Teaching Building will be an outstanding health facility for Melbourne’s North. It will reflect a commitment to patient centric care and excellence in service, education and sustainability.
Key design principles for this new dual function building are focused on patient experience, accessibility to external vistas, biophilia, separating clinial and teaching spaces, and design for wellbeing.
Through the central core and internal garden, the green corridor, made of the network of creeks, moats and waterways winding through campus, is allowed to ‘leak’ inside the building and create a strong connection to the natural environment.

A Tale of Two Generations - Modern Nostalgia.
The design draws inspiration from one of Melbourne’s most beloved seaside location and some of Europe’s top summer destinations, blending nostalgia with modernism.
The project comprises of 108 contemporaty and modern guestrooms, an exclusive pool deck, a street facing pub space, a beer garden, a high-end Scott Pickett restaurant, a function centre, a bistro and conservatory, an underground club and a luxury Aurora Spa & boutique.
A full revitalisation of a staple establishment in Frankston.
The refurbishment project aimed to attract younger patrons and their families. The Frankston RSL is now a venue catering for different experiences: a vibrant Sports Bar to watch big games; a family friendly dining terrace; an Italian alleyway inspired pizza bar; a bright and comfortable café and a welcoming reception with memorabilia display to celebrate the RSL’s rich history.
This project copmprised of 3 stages and spanned across 4 years. It addressed the refurbishment of different spaces within the Country Club.
First, was the refurbishment of the Alfresco Terrace into a balinese inspired oasis with luxurious cabanas. Then, the refurbishment of the Café, Bar and Lounge areas as well as the Gaming Room to elevate those spaces into refined and warm environments.
Lastly, came the refurbishment of the Bistro, Bar, Kids room & Function Rooms into modern, inviting and family friendly spaces.
