Back Orders Our goal is to ship orders complete and within 24 hours. Despite our best efforts, backorders do happen. Our backorder policy in 2025 is to cancel all backorders under $200. Backorders over $200 will ship with your next re-order. Backorders can be added to re-orders to reach the Free Freight minimum. If you require product before a certain date please specify this information on your order along with applicable cancellation dates.

Please note that despite our best efforts to maintain consistency, there will be some slight variations in colour hues and fabric constructions due to our textile supplier’s manufacturing processes.
Our production team in Point Edward Ontario follows each part of the manufacturing process with detail and care. Our Canadian facility currently manufactures over 7 SKU s for both girls and boys. Watch for the maple leaf icon to see which products are made locally!
