The STRETCHROLL roller is used with success, with the appropriate adjustments, in many fields as paper, plastic films, nonwoven and combination. The core of the roller is the special outline on the helicoidal groove which assures and high grip and a divergent action. In the textile field is used to iron out and it can be used on all kinds of fabric, non-woven and film.

The STRETCHSLEEVE is the sleeve version of the spreader rubber roller. The sleeve can be installed in few minutes on a steel roller already of your property, limiting machine stops and shipment cost.

A.PIOVAN Rubber Roller has much many different kinds of rubber compounds available, all developed inside the company in decades of experience in this field. In particular the Squeezing Roller has an elevate resistance to high pressure and an excellent rubber-steel joint. Depending on the application there are different available compounds with hardness from 70 sh up to ebonite (100 sh) with different features of chemical and temperature resistance.

The surface can be straight or rounded and the steel part can be supplies too based on customer’s drawing.

I cilindri in gomma A.PIOVAN possono contare su diversi tipi di compound sviluppati internamente, frutto di decenni di esperienza. In particolare il rivestimento dei Cilindri Spremitori è caratterizzato da un elevata resistenza alle alte pressioni ed un eccezionale attacco gomma-metallo. In base all’utilizzo sono disponibili compound con durezze da 70 sh all’ebanite (100 sh) con diverse caratteristiche di resistenza chimica e di temperatura.

La superficie può essere dritta o bombata e si realizza anche la parte metallica su disegno del cliente.

Il cilindro STRETCHROLL viene utilizzato con successo, con gli opportuni adattamenti, in diversi settori come carta, film plastici, non tessuti, accoppiamenti. È stato realizzato uno speciale profilo sulla scanalatura elicoidale che assicura un elevato attrito ed azione divergente. In ambito tessile viene utilizzato come stendi-piega e la sua azione è valida su tutti i tipi di tessuto, tnt, e film plastici per accoppiamento.

Lo STRECHSLEEVE è la versione a manicotto del cilindro gommato allargatore. Il manicotto può essere installato in pochi minuti su un cilindro di metallo già di vs proprietà, abbattendo così i fermi macchina ei costi di spedizione.

Le caratteristiche principali sono degli STRECHROLL e STRETCHSLEEVE sono: • Azione di allargamento del tessuto uniforme su tutta la superficie e non solo sulla parte centrale • Capacità di stenditura anche con basse tensioni longitudinali • Azione di stenditura in base ai principi delle scanalature (2-4 o 6) • Soluzioni di diversi compound di gomma in base alle temperature ed ambienti di utilizzo • Angolo di avvolgimento del tessuto da 30 a 120°

A.PIOVAN sanfor belt is manufacured with a totally innovative production system. Thanks to this, the belt presents the following benefits: 1. A true ENDLESS rubber belt without a sense of rotation that strikes out the possibility of internal cracks.

2. A particular type of rubber that shows a “gummy” surface with major friction upon fabric assuring a higher shrinkage if compared to current articles on the market under the same parameters.

Il manicotto per sanforizzazione A.PIOVAN è realizzato con un sistema produttivo totalmente innovativo, grazie al quale il manicotto presenta le seguenti caratteristiche: 1. Un manicotto senza giunzione e quindi senza senso di rotazione, si eliminano quindi gli inviti alla rottura interni 2. Una gomma particolarmente performante che presenta una superficie “gommosa” con un maggiore attrito sul tessuto assicurando un restringimento superiore agli attuali articoli presenti sul mercato a parità di parametri.

Its roundness both in the upper and lower part allow to reduce friction of the belt with rollers, to reduce the surface in contact with the hot roller so at the end to reduce possibility of side cracks.

Bordo del Manicotto Sanfor Dopo molti anni di studi abbiamo sviluppato quello che siamo convinti essere il miglior bordo per il manicotti per la sanforizzazione. FELTS A.PIOVAN proposes the Sanfor Felt 9ZDX to complete the Sanfor Machine Spare Parts, which was born from the cooperation of A.PIOVAN with best manufacturer of this product.

Sanfor Felt 9ZDX is manufactured in polyester, totally endless, with an even thickness (standard is 7 mm), an excellent heat resistance and straight surface. Development and Width of the belt are related to customer’s requirement.

FELTRI A completamento della linea di sanforizzazione la A.PIOVAN propone il feltro 9ZDX per Sanfor, nato dalla collaborazione con i più importanti produttori del settore.

Il feltro 9ZDX è realizzato in poliestere, senza giunzione, con uno spessore costante (lo standard è 7 mm), un’ottima resistenza alla temperatura ed una superficie omogenea. Sviluppo e larghezza vengono realizzati su richiesta del cliente.

The PL 104 WAX is the most advanced technology answer to protect Sanfor Belt side parts directly in contact with the hot roller.

This special wax has been studied to reduce the friction between the endless Rubber Belt and the hot roller in the Sanfor Machine.
