K E Y TO S Y M B O L S : UPHOLSTERY FABRICS All of our fabrics shown here are suitable for upholstery, scatter cushions, upholstered bedframes and headboards unless otherwise stated. DUAL-PURPOSE FABRICS Suitable for curtains, blinds and upholstery use including headboards, upholstered bedframes and scatter cushions unless otherwise stated. These fabrics are not available to buy by the metre and are only available on Laura Ashley upholstered products. A price point is indicated if available by the metre. CARE AND CLEANING Follow the specific care instructions for each fabric carefully and always check the labels as recommended care for the fabric may differ from the recommended care for the upholstered product. • Fixed covers on upholstered items should be professionally dry cleaned in situ by
a specialist upholstery cleaner, check label instructions before cleaning✱.

Consider how much use your Product will receive and select a fabric suitable for your needs. The durability of each fabric is graded as: General domestic – for general/ frequent use, unless marked as light domestic where it is suitable for light infrequent use. Take extra care with sharp objects, such as studs and belt buckles as these can snag even the toughest of fabrics.

PLANNING
Before ordering check carefully that the Upholstery, Bed and Cabinet products you have ordered will fit through the property access and into the intended space in your home. • Product dimensions shown are taken from the largest or widest point, H = Height, W = Width, D = Depth • Products marked will require extra space for manoeuvring during delivery. • Carefully measure staircases, doorways or corridors the Product will have to pass through, including space for manoeuvring and turning. Cancellation fees will apply if product will not fit in on delivery. • Delivery vehicles are large, similar to a standard fire engine (H3.65m L8.7m W2.5m), and must be able to park safely at the delivery address for the duration of the delivery without obstructing the highway. • Please let us know at the time of order, if there are any access restrictions or special needs, which must be considered to ensure a successful delivery and avoid additional fees. CHARGES AND TIMEFRAMES
• Free delivery applies to Mirrors and Lighting marked , Furniture and Upholstery Orders of £1000 and over after discount. A £25 charge applies to these orders if under £1000 after discount. Additional charges may apply in certain circumstances. • We’ll give an approximate week our carrier will contact you to arrange delivery. Products with the longest time to completion will determine your estimated delivery week. • indicates furniture delivered by Standard Parcel Delivery at a minimum delivery charge of £4.50; this is marked in all Laura Ashley mailers and publications.
ARRANGING AND COMPLETING
• When your furniture is ready to be booked for delivery, we will offer the first available date for delivery, dates may be limited by carrier availability to one day a week. • You will receive a text message informing you to contact a local rate number to arrange a delivery date, alternatively a message with a selected delivery date will be left, contact us immediately if this is unsuitable. • We will send an SMS text at least 24 hours prior to the selected delivery date to confirm a 3 hour time window for delivery, we will also call en route prior to delivery. • The two-person crew will deliver to your room of choice if there is ample and safe access, please assist by clearing pathways in advance of delivery. • Furniture, excluding , will be unpacked, set in position and assembled; packaging will be removed. If requested we can leave packaging onsite. • An adult must carefully check the unwrapped Products and sign for them; failure to be present for delivery will result in a redelivery charge of £60. • Products should not be left wrapped or unchecked; any defect or damage must be reported to Customer Services* immediately. • Self assembly Products and Furniture marked will not be unpacked on delivery, simply sign to acknowledge delivery has been carried out successfully. • An Information and Care Guide is provided on delivery to help you maintain your product, please read and retain, copies are available at lauraashley.com or from Customer Services*.
