Maldonado specializes in intellectual property litigation and also has experience in obtaining U.S. utility and design patents, as well as trademark and copyright protection. He has negotiated and drafted major intellectual property licensing agreements. Maldonado is a fellow in the Trial Lawyer Honorary Society of The Litigation Counsel of America. Manzanares is an experienced international trade and compliance partner who advises clients on U.S. and international regulations governing the import and export of goods, technology and services. She advises clients across numerous industry sectors, including Aerospace, automotive, explosives, firearms, chemicals, military training, electronics, oil and gas, and software and technology. Manzanares frequently appears before the U.S. Department of Commerce and the U.S. State Department. She sits on the firm’s business development and hiring committees.
Martinez handles complex disputes in many areas, including products liability, consumer class actions, constitutional law, employment law, real estate and commercial litigation.
