THE LICENSING ACT 2003 (PREMISES LICENCES AND CLUB PREMISES CERTIFICATES) REGULATIONS 2005 Regulation 25 Advertisement TO : WHOM IT MAY CONCERN I Ali Akbar do hereby give notice that it is my intention to apply to Brighton & Hove City Council in the county of East Sussex for a Variation to the existing premises licence to use or permit the use of premises known as ‘SFC’ at Bossana Restaurant, 8 East Street, Brighton, BN1 1HP between 1200 hrs and 0200 hrs for consumption of alcohol on the premise under Cafe Bar conditions as is currently allowed and with Late Night Refreshments from 2300 daily until 0400 Monday to Friday mornings and 2300 to 0500 Friday night/Saturday morning and Saturday night/Sunday morning both on and off the premise. Any person who desires to make a representation to the application, should send to Assistant Director, Public Safety, Health & Safety and Licensing, Bartholomew House, Bartholomew Square, Brighton, BN1 1JP no later than the 3rd November 2010 a brief written statement of the grounds of his/her objection. Copies of the register and applications may be viewed at the above council office during normal office hours; summaries are available via www.brighton-hove.gov.uk/licensing. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is currently £5000 [level 5].
