As a senior she batted .615 with 16 home runs and 73 RBI while leading North Forney to the Class 5A Region II semifinals ... Finished four RBIs short of the total needed to tie for 10th place in national history for most RBIs in a season, according to the National Federation of State High School Associations’ online record book ... Named second team all-American by MaxPreps ... She was named the District 12-5A MVP after recording 72 hits, nearly half of those for extra bases ...
