Youth & Community Outreach Programme

In addressing the need for youth empowerment interventions and to stimulate the creative abilities of our youth, the LCF has partnered with the Christ Church Vineyard Town Youth Community and Outreach Programme (YCOP) to support targeted beneficiaries in the SSI Schooling Support Programme. The YCOP aims to provide the youths with positive and enhanced learning through life coping skills, training and capacity building in the performing arts specifically Drumming and Steel Pan. The YCOP was piloted in March to June 2019 and approximately thirty (30) at-risk students from Clan Carthy High School Grade 7 benefitted from the programme. Youth & Community Outreach Programme
