LCF Supports the Coalition of Jamaican Alumni

LCF Supports the Coalition of Jamaican Alumni Association’s Annual Walkathon

Approximately 125 persons were in attendance at the 9th Annual ALL ALUMNI WALKATHON organized by the Coalition of Jamaican Alumni Associations was held on December 1, 2018 at Central Broward Regional Park in South Florida. The annual walkathon helps the alumni associations to raise funds for projects in Jamaica and South Florida. Individuals who have played outstanding roles in South Florida were also recognized and introduced to the alumni community. The Walkathon also created an opportunity for the LCF to talk about its activities in Jamaica and to share ideas about proposed activities in the Jamaican Diaspora communities in South Florida.
