The LASCO ReLeaf Environmental Awareness Programme(REAP) is an environmental initiative which targets primary school level children. Its goal is to facilitate an increase in the children’s participation in environmentally friendly activities and increase awareness of the lifestyle/environment correlation. The programme involves Tree Planting, Recycling & Energy Conservation, Gardening, Anti-Littering campaigns, Plastic Bottle Collection as well as Artistic and Performing Arts components such as dance, poetry, short stories, dub poems, songs and posters.

In December 2018, REAP was introduced to the following Primary Schools in the Mountain View communities: Rollington Town Primary, Norman Gardens Primary School, Excelsior Primary School, Clan Carthy Primary and Mountain View Primary School. In attendance were approximately eighty (80) students and teachers.
