Design Our team is well-equipped to handle a wide range of design needs, from simple flyers to complex web graphics. We have the expertise and creativity to bring your vision to life. Our services include a range of general graphic design support, including: flyers, brochures, posters, web graphics, newsletters, and invitation packages.

To request graphic design support, please submit your requests via email. Please allow a 15-day window for the creation, review, revision, and printing of work. Projects will be completed in the order they are received. However, there may be instances where we are unable to accommodate requests due to timing constraints, College project priorities, or the complexity of the work required. In such cases, the UIC Creative and Digital Services team is available as an alternative option. They offer a comprehensive range of graphic design services. Communication At LAS, we are committed to telling the compelling stories of the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences. Our focus includes faculty awards, research breakthroughs, student achievements, and community engagement.

We highlight these stories through UIC Today, social media, and our websites, ensuring a steady flow of content across our marketing platforms. Contact Brian Flood in Strategic Marketing and Communications for assistance with press releases and media relations.

We encourage all LAS faculty and staff to contribute by submitting their stories via our online form, available year-round. Submissions are reviewed by the Director of Marketing and Communications and the LAS social media coordinator. Your input is essential for showcasing the dynamic accomplishments of our College.

Photo & Video Our on-staff photographer and videographer is available to you and your department for a variety of specialized projects that will tell your story and connect you to students.

We offer team photos, headshot sessions, event photography, and long-form, interview, and tour style videos for our LAS departments. There is more planning and postprocessing work involved in long-form videos, so please plan accordingly.

Additionally, we are available to create content and support development on your website.

This includes access to our online gallery of images as well as the opportunity to schedule a photoshoot with the specific purpose of creating content for your needs.
