Macon Industries SD-300 is a shaker deck designed specifically for mobility and ease of use.

Macon Industries SD-400 has an over-sized skid base and hinging side sluice making it easily mobile. The modular design fits easily into shipping containers for overseas shipments or fits onto a low bed fully assembled for shipping in North America.

The Macon Industries SS-800 has a reinforced 8’ wide triple deck design and is able to handle up to 36” boulders, making it ideal for coarse ground conditions.

Grizzly Feeder GF-4236
The Macon Industries Grizzly Feeder GF-4236 is specifically designed for Placer Mining to optimize efficiency and productivity on mine sites.
The Grizzly Feeder’s standout feature lies in its compatibility with the same generator used in Macon’s 500 and 600 class models, minimizing extra fuel consumption, and ensuring a consistent feed rate for more throughput and better gold recovery. Equipped with a 17 cubic yard hopper, the Grizzly Feeder significantly reduces machine cycle intervals, facilitating simultaneous handling of tailings while material is being fed from the hopper into the wash plant.
Built to withstand rugged mine site terrain, the Grizzly Feeder comes with a robust framework and skid design that can be towed by heavy equipment. For increased durability and reduced downtime, the machine features an AR steel lined hopper cassette feeder conveyor and incline conveyor with impact beds. Additionally, the Grizzly Feeder comes with adjustable grizzly bars, providing operators the flexibility to adjust the initial oversize reject size.

GOLDROOM 40
The Macomatic Goldroom 40 modular gold room is a fully integrated, turnkey system for placer/alluvial and hard rock operations to process their concentrates to a sell-able or smelt-able product
Ideal for: Large scale operations producing large amounts of concentrate from washplants or centrifugal concentrators containing both coarse and fine gold
Unique design allows for: Fully mechanized feeding, screening and materials handling between tailored processing stages with continuous recirculation of middlings for maximum fine gold recovery
How it differs: Instead of processing the bulk sluice concentrate over jig or a cleanup sluice-run, concentrate is classified as the first step of the process. Then, fine and coarse material is processed on the optimal machine for each. Material flow is mechanized via augers and pumps. Shaking table middlings are recirculated for high recovery performance and peace of mind.
Processing Capacity: Up to 1 ton of concentrate per hour
GOLDROOM 20
The Macomatic Goldroom 20 is a fully integrated, turn-key system for placer/ alluvial operations to process their concentrates to a sell-able or smelt-able product.
Ideal for: Medium scale gold operations producing large amounts of concentrate from washplants containing both coarse and fine gold.
Unique design allows for: Three dedicated concentrating stages, including Macon’s T150 cleanup plant for efficient volume reduction, followed by sizing and de-magnetizing and then tabling to a sellable product.
How it differs: A simple, but complete processing solution, pre-assembled in a wired 20′ open-sided shipping container. Other than our Macomatic 2000 gold room, this system requires manual concentrate handling between three key processing steps.
Processing capacity: Up to 1 ton (2000 lbs) of concentrate in 2-3 hours.

The Macon Industries T-150 is a compact plant capable of small tests or reducing large amounts of concentrate.
Processing Capabilities: 2,000lbs of concentrate in 30-60 mins or 2 t/h feed rate for testing placer gravels
• Compact design is skid or trailer portable
Water: Typically fed by 2” Honda pump
Power: Powered by 120V/240V grit power or by 2kW Honda Generator

NOTE: In a concentrate cleanup application, the T-150 reduces 2,000lbs of sluice concentrate to approx. 20lbs, which then requires further screening and tabling to a sell-able product. For turn-key packages see Goldroom 1000
