For the past tree and a half years, I have been pursuing Industrial Product Design at the Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences This academic journey has equipped me with extensive knowledge in areas such as design principles, SolidWorks proficiency, model construction, sustainability practices, statics, and the skills to analyze, design, and verify solutions.

I have developed a keen interest in exploring the sustainability aspects of products and processes, aiming to understand and contribute to their environmental impact and potential improvements.

Outside of my academic commitments, I engage in recreational activities to maintain a balanced lifestyle Socializing with friends and pursuing hobbies like snowboarding and roller skating are integral aspects of my life outside of academia.

This is a project that made me learn how products can be made with injection molding

The project was to make the casing for a smart wallmount product It had to be made out of plastic and to be able to be manufacturable through injection molding

The project was made in SolidWorks and evaluated for draft, thinkness, interference and flow.

SMART WALLMOUNT CASING

CHRISTMASS

intership at keiretsu europe the chrismas ornaments are made so they can be manufactured in colored glass.

SUSTAINABLE BIKESADDLE

A bike saddle from brooks, reimiged to make it more sustainable.

thinking about less materials, like fabric and metals.

To make it more sutainable there was also looked at how the saddle was shipped. So the box where the saddle is shipped in was also altered.

All these adjustments are made by following the designers guide to sustainability.

SUSTAINABILITY RESEARCH

A sustainability research that introduces you to the problems that we are expiriencing in wintersport and to help you better understand how we as humans can help in implementing more envoirement friendly methods in the industry

Mail me for a copy of the research!

wintersport

to widen my skills in prototyping i researched how to make a snowboard. This learned me how to work with different materials like wood, metal bending and how to use epoxy.

PLANT TABLES

Little Tables for putting your plants on. They represent a lemon and lime slice. The tables are made of MDF, coated steel, grout and glazed ceramic tiles.
