WHOLESALE POLICIES
Drop Dates:
All online retailers must drop items the the same time as or after the allowed drop date. In-store drops are allowed before the online drop for brick + mortar shops! If you are both online + in-store you may drop in-store first and online at or after the set drop date/time
Flint + Fray drops happen on Friday at 11am CST
Print Names:
All Flint + Fray prints must keep and be marketed as the names given to them by Flint + Fray. Names are not to be changed or altered in anyway.
Ordering:
The minimum wholesale purchase amount is $250.00. All products and pricing are subject to change and seasonal availability.
Selling our Items:
Flint + Fray products may not be sold or advertised on any website for less than the prices listed on our website. Products sold in stores must be sold at MSRP.
Discounts for sale under retail are only allowed if the stock remains post-season. FF products cannot be resold to other wholesalers for retail purposes and cannot be sold online or in-store to wholesale or discount outlets.
If your shop is running a promo outside of seasonal sales, please reach out prior to selling Flint + Fray goods discounted so we can approve the sale.
Private Label:
All Items purchased from FF must display the Flint + Fray brand name. Under no circumstances may you sell FF products under any other name, or reproduce products.
