THE CASTLE MEET WITH SPEEDBOOST
What was most memorable moment at Sparky’s Castle Meets?
SpeedBooost: My most memorable moments at the castle was always the different hypercars that shows up every year. it exemplifies the true passion for hyper cars that this community has.
What inspired you to become a Photographer?
SpeedBooost: It began with taking pictures of my car, as I improved in notice the traction that I was getting inspired to improve because I wanted people to see the beauty of the world through my perspective which I think it inspired some people around me.
What’s the top Cars you’ve photographed?
SpeedBooost: I see Pagani as the top of all, its simply pure art & true automotive mixed together, next is Koenigsegg Agera XS that car is a monster and I really love the engineering about it. Finally the McLaren Sabre (The Storm) its a very special unique McLaren; however I understand each person have their each favorite thats why i try to have different mix.
Tell me about your Artwork & NFT’s your selling?
SpeedBooost: As an automotive photographer and enthusiast I wanted to see the images physically which actually came out incredibly well! that allowed me to share some art with the owners to get feedback and the feedback was truthfully amazing! Then Ive decided to create my own website (speedbooost.com) and be able to sell the best images to the people who appreciates art! I look at NFT as a potential to list digital art online so people can buy a digital copy that potentially might go up in value, and also to redeem a collectible physical copy (or Vice Versa)

MARLON SHARES SOME OF THE MOST INTERESTING EXPERIENCES WITH SOME AMAZING INDIVIDUALS AND HOW HE GREW HIS PAGE TO MILLIONS OF FOLLOWERS ACROSS INSTAGRAM.
Q. When did you start CarsWithoutLimits?
Marlon. I started this page back in 2013 when me and a friend were looking for some cool cars, so we came up with a name and quickly started posting exotic cars across the world. In just a few months, we grew to a few hundred thousand and the race was on.
Q. You went to the Sparky Castle Meet, tell us about your experience there?
Marlon. I’ve been a few times now and everytime I go, it’s only better. Sparky is a fantastic host, his collection is surreal. He’s got all my dream cars. On top of that, there is some of the most exclusive cars in the world, some you have to wait 4-5 years just to get. I’d say it’s one of the most amazing experiences in my life, next to having my son ofcourse.
Q. Who is the top Automotive collectors in the world?
Marlon. There are some big boys out there with a ton of collectables! I couldn’t name 1 but there is probably a few hundred collectors with some special pieces. My favorites would be Manny Khoshbin, David Lee, Sparky, DavCars, HapyHipi, Dubai37, GerCollector, Wiresonly & Limitless.

DRAGON’S DEN MICHAEL WEKERLE AKA WEK
BY: WAJ ARSHAD
PHOTOS BY: PAUL SAINI
MICHAEL WEKERLE
WHEN YOU THINK OF MICHAEL WEKERLE, YOU THINK WOLF OF BAY STREET. TORONTO FINANCIER AND PHILANTHROPIST HAS BUILT A MASSIVE BRAND FOR HIMSELF THROUGH STOCKS, REAL ESTATE & INVESTING, SPENDING 4 YEARS ON A CBC TV SHOW DRAGON’S DEN, WHICH CURRENTLY LIVES ON NETFLIX. IN 2014, WEKERLE ANNOUNCED THAT HE WAS BUYING THE BUILDING AND VOWED TO RESTORE THE EL MOCAMBO AND ITS NEON PALMS TO THEIR FORMER GLORY. THE WORLD-FAMOUS EL MOCAMBO HAS RETURNED IN A SPECTACULAR FASHION TOUTING STATE OF THE ART AUDIO AND VIDEO CONTROL ROOMS , TWO EXPANDED PERFORMANCE STAGES , IMPROVED SIGHT LINES AND WORLD CLASS PA & LIGHTING. CURRENTLY WEKERLE RUNS HIS FAMOUS NIGHTCLUB IN THE HEART OF TORONTO & ACTIVELY CONSULTS ON THE BOARD-OF-DIRECTORS FOR MOGO.TO
What do businesses have to have in order to secure a deal with a Dragon or an investor like yourself?
WEK: I always say that number one, you would have to have proper management and you would have to define management with skin in the game. You have to have your own money invested. So it means as much to you as it does to the investor putting in the money. Nobody wants to come in and invest in somebody that’s in for a free ride with options. Always make sure in any company you invest in, you understand who the principles are, what is their background. Make sure your due diligence is extreme, so you understand what their motivation is. What is their path of success? Is this one company of a hundred or is this their only company? How much have they invested? Do they have focus? Do they have the capability of building a team? Do they have the capability of being a leader to take it and do they have a business that has barriers of entrance.
“It
was great. I did four years of Dragon’s Den replacing Kevin O’Leary, who went to the U.S. to start Shark Tank, and it was a great experience. CBC is a great organization. They treated me very well.”
INSIGHT
What is the most important quality for a successful leader?
WEK: Leadership is going to be defined by the team that he assembles and a true leader is someone that can build a team that has the patience, the integrity, and the work ethics to actually see the vision of what it could possibly be. It takes five years to build a company and 10 years to build a brand. So really in essence, you can build a company, but it’s not successful until it becomes a brand. And if you have a brand, that’s where you have Coca-Cola compared to RC Cola. One is successful, one is not.
Now looking at where you have to be as a company and to be successful, you have to try to hire everybody in that group that you think is better than you and not be afraid to promote success. Because if you are afraid and you try to hold people down, it’s like money and I tell people money’s like water. If you try to cup it, it evaporates. If you try to hold it in your hands, it goes through your fingers and you lose it. The only thing you can do is you can direct it. And if you direct positive channels into positive people, it comes back bigger, cleaner, and better.
What are your thoughts on BlockChain Technology?
WEK: The future is in blockchain. I think that if I had to look at what currency it’s going to be based on, where the proposition for change is going to be in the ability to transfer ownership of that one item or security to another person that has future value. So you can look at what you see in CryptoPunks & BoredApes and the fact that here’s something that was created and the rarest of the rare ones go for over $2,7 million. And why is that? It’s because of the rarity, the fact that it’s a chain of ownership. What I believe is that whether it be tickets or artwork or anything, when you go buy a hockey ticket for the ACC or you go buy a concert ticket, it’ll be done through blockchain, it’ll be an NFT that you’ll be able to save on your phone.
THE ALL NEW ELMOCAMBO!
“MUSIC is my passion & I was never good enough to play the the ElMocambo, so the first time I ever played is the day I bought it”
FIRST TIME
“So one of the more interesting things is though I asked to play the El Mocambo numerous times and they always refused me because I wasn’t good, so I finally played the El Mocambo. The only thing is I had to buy it first. So, there you go. So on the day I closed it, I had my mom and family and it was a free ticket and free beer for everyone. Paulie showed up”.
Who is Michael Wekerle?
WEK: I grew up in Toronto, Yonge & Sheppard. I’m a man of the sixties, born in 1963. I’ve started off my career in the finance world by working on the Toronto Stock Exchange at the age of 18. I ran my own firm at the age of 30 called Griffiths McBurney & Partners later known as GMP. I left GMP in 2010 roughly, even though, probably, I didn’t formally resign until 2011. I moved into very significant way into US real estate when the market crashed in 2008 to 2010, with the majority of purchases coming in 2000 limited, very well exiting in 2014 and deploying that capital into two areas or three areas. One was Difference Capital, a merchant bank, which eventually was sold to Mogul, a FinTech company. Which now occupies my time as lead director and moving into Waterloo Real Estate, across the University of Waterloo previously operated by Research In Motion, and finally trying to buy a sign of a very famous nightclub called the El Mocambo in turn buying the whole building, and then putting $35 million into to creating a world class facility that people still think I’m crazy, to create a $35 million facility that has a capacity of 800 people on two floors. El Mocambo is apart of history & i’m proud to keep that alive.
y passion is now Music. Guitars, artwork and anything that relates to music. It’s come from being involved in the El Mocambo and always being a Toronto guy and having the passion for music. I tell people all the time, I’ve always wanted to be a musician.
A.
Growing up I would go to the Elmocambo, which started in 1948 and the legendary Rolling Stones played there, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Blondie. The Ramones. U2 played their first show ever in North America, on March 9th of 1980 at the El Mocambo. That was their first show, at $3,50 a ticket and it was only 75% sold out and look what they became.

“YOU
CAN ACHIEVE ANYTHING, IT’S LIMITLESS”
SERIAL ENTREPRENEUR JAS MATHUR HAS RISEN TO THE TOP OF THE BUSINESS INDUSTRY, LAUNCHING MANY OF HIS OWN FITNESS PRODUCTS TO A CBD BRAND “SMILZ” WITH HIS PARTNER FLOYD MAYWEATHER. JAS CONTINUES TO STRIVE FOR MORE, RECENTLY PURCHASING A JET, BUGATTI CHIRON & A TON OF OTHER COLLECTABLES WE DIVE INTO.
“WE ALL BORN THE SAME, WE DIE THE SAME. ITS WHAT YOU DO ALONG THE WAY! YOUR LEVEL OF DICIPLINE YOUR FOCUS ON WHAT YOU WANT TO ACHIEVE SET GOALS, BE A GOAL SETTER STAY FOCUSED & GET SHIT DONE”
I COLLECT...
WE ARE ALL BORN THE SAME & WE DIE THE SAME. IT’S WHAT YOU DO ALONG THE WAY AFTER THE AGE 11 THAT MATTERS. WHERE YOU WILL REACH IN LIFE, YOUR LEVEL OF DICIPLINE, YOUR FOCUS ON WHAT YOU WANT TO ACHIEVE, SETTING GOALS, STAYING FOCUSED & GETTING SHIT DONE!
I like cars and watches, I like specialty cars because they’re an asset and I love watches because select watches are good for the overall brand, it can even help you with business. There’s a lot of things that you can rent, you know, when somebody sees you wearing this watch, It goes to another level because you know the first thing you are going to buy when you’re successful. It’s not a watch, right?
HEALTHY LIVING
It’s the most important thing in my life. It’s what allows me to move forward and actually achieve certain milestones and achieve the goals that I have. That’s the thing that keeps my brain healthy. What people don’t understand is that a gym is not about your body, it’s about your brain. It’s about programming your brain to be able to go there each and every single day, once you’re there, it’s about being able to stay there and to do the same thing over and over again. The one thing in life you can’t cheat or buy, you can’t lie, if you do, it shows. So ultimately it shows your level of discipline and people take it very seriously when you’re a disciplined person.
Once you get accustomed to living a healthy life and going to the gym, training, getting up early, all this stuff, you don’t want to get caught up in the BS. You can go & have fun, but ultimately you know what you got to do the next day and you feel comfortable and you feel better in your own skin; your brain is clearer. You don’t even want to be around certain things, that’s going to make yourself totally depleted. Stay Focused.
LIMITLESS
I’m working on expansion. My business, my company name, my brand, everything it’s called Limitless. Limitless opportunities, Limitless industries. The whole thing is Limitless. It’s not limited to one or two things, right? So I’m working on different things. When you start something, you have to focus on a certain niche and then slowly grow it from there. It’s about increasing user data, having more users, more buyers, more customers, understanding my customers, my audience, having more data around them and where it goes from there it becomes limitless...
What principles do you think are the most important as an Entrepreneur?
Jas: I would say first, you have to want it and you have to know what you want. That’s the most important thing. A lot of people want it. They don’t even know what they want. So they’re going in the wrong direction. You have to be able & willing to sacrifice at least five years of your life, to be able to go towards that direction and get rid of some friends that you think are your friends that are just dead weight and allow the new people to come into your life that are like-minded and be able to grow.
I‘ll tell you, it’s not about the Money. It’s all about the fun of doing it. Everytime people think I can’t do something, I want to do it & so I do it for myself. I used to do it to prove others wrong, now I do it because I know it’s all about mindset. But what makes me want to keep going is the adrenaline. It’s the rush. It’s like a video game. It’s like levels where you pass level 4, 5, 6, 7. It’s just like a mountain. You keep climbing higher and higher. At one point, it’s not about the money anymore. It’s all about the thrill. I like thrill..
REINVENT YOURSELF!
Jas Mathur & Flyod Mayweather threw one extravagant Co-Birthday event in Miami, Fl. Our team was there first hand and we bring you some of the highlights from the evening. Firstly, Jas pulled up in his Bugatti Chiron, a rare spec of course. Both Jas and his business partner and friend Champ who were both dressed to impress, came dripping in Diamonds with a Black & Gold fits. What an unforgettable evening, both Jas & Flyod know how to put together a great night.
Q. Tell us about your Relationship with Floyd?
Jas: We’re good friends, we do some business together. He’s been supportive of me and all the things I’m doing. Of course he’s Flyod, world renowned Athlete & Business Man, everybody knows, right? We have a friendship aside from business and our whole business thing started off as a friendship first.
PARIS FASHION WEEK IS ALWAYS SPECTACULAR ITS ONE INSANE TIME, NON STOP EVENTS & SHOWS FILLED WITH CELEBRITIES.
How did you get to shoot the runway for Paris Fashion Week?
BANXY4OTO: I enjoyed shooting LFW so much in the sense of street photography, not so much runway. I was still fairly new so it was difficult to get accreditation. So I thought to myself I can create fashion content and attend these fashion events, not just in London but across Europe, I will have more content and also a variety. I also used this as experience and I noticed a difference and the quality of shots I took.
MY START
BANXY4OTO: A few years back., I quit my job because it was not fulfilling. I travelled to Brazil for 3 weeks which was one of the greatest experiences ever. Came back to the Uk. I was in a weird space at the time. Didn’t know what direction to take at that point. So one random day I was browsing and to my surprise I saw an advertisement for a shortintense multimedia course where they will teach filming, photography, journalism, editing and fashion. The duration of the course was three weeks, I believe it was four days a week, beginning every week the tutor will assign us a project individually or as a group. The first week learning to use a professional camera on manual and adjusting to low lights. In a space of four days we had to learn the technicality of a camera, how to function using manuals, as well as the lighting and editing process. So by Thursday they surprised us and surprisingly it was to shoot the LFW runway for a day. That was my introduction to the fashion world.

EVOLUTION OF AN ART GALLERY
NFT BAZL HAS BRIDGED THE GAP BETWEEN NFT’S AND TRAIDITONAL ART
Founded in 2021, NFT BAZL is a curated boutique NFT marketplace for investment-grade assets, leveraging blockchain technology, exclusive partnerships, and global exhibitions.
NFT BAZL gives the art world a unique way to experience NFT’s by showcasing investment-grade/high quality physical and digital assets on an online marketplace as well as an international in-person audience.
Q. LET THE READERS KNOW MORE ABOUT NFT BAZL..
NFT BAZL: The birth of NFT BAZL came about as a joint venture between GDA Capital - a crypto merchant bank - Elitium, a crypto wealth management platform and Estelle Ohayon, EO Art Concierge Inc; a bespoke art acquisition service. Together, their combined knowledge and industry expertise helps investors access digital assets via a trusted, compliant and secure wealth management platform. It focuses on ease-of-use with low barriers to entry to help lead the blockchain and cryptocurrency industry to mass adoption, making NFT BAZL the leading NFT solutions company in the world. By curating a roster of world-renowned international artists of various disciplines, NFT BAZL aims to attach an intrinsic value to the NFTs they create in collaboration with their artists.
The concept and the company itself morphed organically since it’s inception into a thought leader in its field. Proving that a one-size-fits-all solution for NFT’s does not create a sustainable value for assets. NFT’s must be adapted to their market and their specific regional needs and values. By taking these criteria into consideration they were able to build the trust which led them to their next big exhibit in collaboration with the Royal family of Bahrain during the F1 coming up in March.
Redefining the use of NFT’s, their purpose and application for an exhibit titled “Heritage & technology “ attempts to preserve local heritage through the use of breakthrough technology in an effort to captivate and engage the younger audience and educate the older generation.
NFT BAZL continuously pushes boundaries with ongoing innovations and have partnered with world-class brands including SLS Hotels and Samsung Frame TV to provide 3D displays, physical NFT chips, VR and AR solutions for our partners.

CAR DESIGNER EXTRAORDINAIRE
APOLLO’S N, ARROW, NARAN AUTOMOTIVE, INTENSA EMOZIONE. NOT ONLY IS THIS A GREAT LINE-UP OF HYPERCARS, IT IS AN EXCERPT FROM THE RESUME OF JOWYN WONG AKA MR. WYN.
Q. Who is Mr Wyn?
JW. My Name is Jowyn Wong, as far back as I can remember I was always sketching, whether it’d be sketching animals, anime, nature, and of course cars. My family were all into cars, so I’d always remember to be surrounded my high performance cars since I was young, naturally the two interests combined and all I wanted to do was to design supercars.
Q. What was your first major opportunity and experience with Automotive Design?
JW. My first major opportunity was at McLaren in 2012, where I worked with Frank Stephenson, he was also a sort of a mentor at the time. During my time there I worked on projects such as P1, 650s and 570s.
Q. How much of a role does Art play into your craftsmanship?
JW. I think exercising any creative endeavours all count as art, the entire process of building this calibre of vehicles is art in my opinion
Q. What are the biggest challenges designing a Supercar?
JW. Biggest challenge is largely on the regulation, its like designing in a box, within a box, within a box. You have to have the experience to be able to effectively navigate your design intentions around somewhat irrelevant regulatory factors, together with engineers. You need to be able to have a great team to execute all the intentions to realise the design fully, but at the same time have the ability to
adapt and navigate through all the challenges, I just see this as an excuse to make the design better and the overall product better resolved.
Q. What do you think of the future of Automotive?
JW. Its a forever changing landscape, electronification is the buzzword these days and I fully embrace it. I cant wait to do something on an EV platform that is radical. I believe there are many challenges ahead especially for big oem brands, I expect massive disruption from China’s brands once they’ve become mainstream and enter the western world at fractions of the prices but double the quality and standard features, lots of turbulent times ahead! The good news is, hyper cars will always be here to stay!
Q. Tell us your experience working with Apollo, how did you create such a monster of a car?
JW. I was able to let loose, I’ve never been the type to follow rules or trends, especially in car design or in the car design community. I design for the real world and what customers want, not what brands tell them they should have. Having understood the fundamentals, I envisioned and operated outside of what would be considered normality back then. The Apollo IE features a large amount of inspiration from LMP1 cars and principles of natures design such as apex predators, it features many fins aggressive lines and a huge wing, its also highly sculpted for aerodynamic performances. I wasn’t afraid to realise the entirety of what I had envisioned, with wings, fins, aggressive creases etc. Now every other modern HyperCar all feature these similar elements of design.

The unrelenting pursuit for performance

Let the design do the talking. It [design] is the silent ambassador for your brand. This perspective is from the horse’s mouth. One of the pillars of Joe’s design strategy is to introduce ways to supplement a brand’s signature whilst carefully preserving its identity. One project that illustrates this approach perfectly is the De Tomaso P72.
When most hear the name “De Tomaso” in an automotive context they are immediately taken back to 1970 with the introduction of the Pantera; the highest produced and arguably most iconic De Tomaso model. However, the powers that be wanted to revive the De Tomaso brand by paying homage to it and this requires a brief history lesson. Here are the Coles Notes: Just prior to Carroll Shelby’s involvement in Ford’s GT40 program he had struck an agreement with Alejandro De Tomaso to build a Can-Am racer to be penned by Peter Brock whose automotive design resume includes the Corvette Stingray and the Shelby Daytona Coupe. Carroll Shelby left the project but Alejandro De Tomaso carried out the project to its completion and represents one of his most historically significant creations.
When it comes to reviving the De Tomaso brand, the owners who acquired the brand in 2014 thought it best
to start their comeback with a modern day rendition of the legendary P70. Enter Joe and his loyal approach and design philosophy. The P72 not only pays homage to the P70 but highlights 60’s racecar design with a modern use of curves rather than the sharp angles and edges of modern day supercars. You can also see sprinkles of classic American design elements which also helped define futuristic design from the 60’s. The P72 is the result of a purist approach strictly adhered to by the brand and brought to life by the designer.
We all recall cars of this nature to be something nice to look at with low importance placed on functionality. Another pillar of Joe’s design philosophy is his understanding of functionality, use of materials, regulatory knowledge, and manufacturing methods. These are important factors that can dictate design. When creating a comeback like the P72 having an understanding like this is critical and no one pulls it off smoother.
De Tomaso coined the term “Modern Time Machine.” We can’t think of a more apt description for the De Tomaso P72 and after learning the origin of its concept we could not think of a better man for the job.
P72
WYN
TOUCH
Q. What are you most proud of? How have you left your impact on these cars?
JW. I am proud that the design I provided for Apollo and De Tomaso led the two companies into great success. The impact speaks for Itself through customers willing to part with their money to buy the Apollo IE and P72, and the admiration from the car community wherever these cars go! I am proud to be of service for automotive design in the industry through my company Wyn Design, we have exciting and great projects!
Q. How did you get the chance to work with Apollo & Detomaso?
JW. I was contacted by the founder, Norman, to re-ignite the Apollo brand, formerly known as Gumpert, I was tasked to create a statement brand in a very competitive space amongst established OEMs such as Ferrari, McLaren. It was a complete success and the Apollo IE quickly gathered a following in the automotive world. Following on after the success of the IE, I was tasked to do the same again with De Tomaso, but in a design direction that was completely opposite to the Apollo.
Q. What is the DeTomaso Made out of? What materials did you source?
JW. The P72 is a hyper car, naturally Its made of a variety of high performance materials such as carbon fibre, aluminium, titanium, copper and gold coatings etc, for De Tomaso I wanted to create a car that was more in-line with automotive art that tells the story of car design from the 60s in the modern car world
Q. How much does Crypto play into the future of Automotive?
JW. I am very into crypto, but for brands to really be successful in this, they have to really understand what their customers want first and foremost in the world of crypto. I believe crypto, NFTs and how many metaverses are coming will forever change the way we view and value in this world, and it’s all coming like an avalanche, so be prepared!.

FASHION
SAI: My style is very classic and very laid back. So a lot of neutrals suits, very basic but classic.
Q. Where do you find your inspiration?
SAI: Inspiration, I mean obviously if you speak a lot about fashion, you have to kind of understand trend, but still incorporate your own style. So my style, since I started seven years ago, still quite similar. But then if, say a Chloe bag is trendy, then I’m going to have that. I sort of incorporate my style with whatever is the trend, but not losing my identity.
Q. Top 3 Luxury Brands?
SAI: Chanel is my favorite brand. I remember my first bag, a luxury bag is Chanel. I was like I have to save up for that. I really love Etro. I use a lot of Etros, it’s like upscale Bohemian and Gucci.
Q.What fashion brands do you work with & at what capacity?
SAI: I have worked with some of the biggest brands in the UAE and as an influencer I’ve won awards. We work at an influencer’s capacity, you have deliverables.. For example, for Versace they will say “Come to the event, we want you to create Insta stories and then post on your feed”
STYLE
SAI: I have this mindset or sort of belief and I’ve had it ever since I was young, that life is adventure. So whether life gets tough or great, you have to keep moving, you have to keep doing things. So What keeps me going, even if it gets tough, pandemic, whatever, I always look at the good side to things. And so, that what keeps me going. It’s life is a huge adventure. And then by the end, and I always think ahead and ask myself, what will I regret if I don’t do this or don’t do that. So it keeps me going, if I sort of try to put myself in that shoes, when I’m 80, will I regret not having to do this example? And it tells me, yeah, and then it propels me to do what I have to do it. So that what keeps me going.
you’re on the list, then they will start working with you. Instead of reaching out to brands one by one, because then they will tell you go to our PR agency. So this is for me, the most effective. And I noticed that a lot of new influencers don’t know this. So once you’re on the list, you’re sorted.
SAI FERRARA

So that what keeps me going. SECRET FORMULA
It’s really difficult for me to say now, when I started, we had few established influencers worldwide. I was like the second batch. Everyone now is the new TikTokers. I was in the middle, I was quite lucky. But I think for success in social you have to have a niche, you have to have good content. You have to know the tricks and trends, like working with PR. I think bottom line, just having the right mindset, that there is something for everyone. Also you have to check why you’re doing what you’re doing. If you’re in it for money right away, you’ll get frustrated. So you have to have the right mindset. I am in it because I’m passionate about it, both creating content & sharing ideas, then money will follow. It’s crucial that you understand, why you’re in the space and why you’re doing what you’re doing. Mindset is everything. The best followers are ones that have been with us for many years regardless of celebrity status.
What I did when I started, I gathered all the influencers out there. You have Aimee Song, you have, I even forgot their name, but I was more focused on the way they take their photos. it’s pretty and what they talk about to the brands that they talk about.
Then when I managed to get that, it changes as well. Now, who are the top influencers, they’re very good with strategy & the things that they talk about. Now I love Bryanboy. He’s so funny, he’s also from Philippines. He’s very funny, he’s very smart. Well, he talks about a lot luxury brands. I’m obsessed with him right now, I love him. He’s very entertaining and he’s very relatable to me because I’m not gen Z, I’m a millennial and he’s a millennial. There’s this conversation that you have to be gen Z to be on TikTok, and then I saw him grow on TikTok.
RICHLISTGROUP & CEO BALLY
We sat down with Bally Singh, a business and family man with companies in the UK, Spain, Singpaore and the UAE. He’s focused on combining the most exclusive entertainment events with the corporate world without sacrificing any of the energy. He’s also one of the driving forces behind Everdome, a Hyper-Realisitc Metaverse.
Q. Tell us about Meta Hero, what makes it so unique?
Bally: Metahero brings to the market 3Dscanning and modelling technology that generates ultra-realistic 3D avatars and virtual items to be used across games, VR, social media and online fashion. The tech also allows for the creation of NFTs from real-world works of art and collectibles. We’ve partnered with the world leader in 3D scanning: Wolf Digital World. Their cutting-edge technology was extensively tested and used by big industry names
Q. Where do you see the blockchain going? And what excites you most about the crypto space?
Bally: The future of crypto will be a full exploration of the potential we are about to unlock – think of it as a never-ending journey more than just a tool. That is the mindset our team has adopted to give us the skills and tools to make Metahero and Everdome possible. They are at the forefront of leveraging this innovative new technology to deliver even more profound experiences.
With regards to the industry, people tend to prioritize aspects relating to money grabs, price discovery of tokens, and know very little when it comes to the technicalities. Since the blue-chip cryptocurrencies are in the thousands of dollars, retail investors see them as unattainable. Crypto is an everchanging industry and it’s changing the way businesses, consumers, and governments all interact and see the world. Many consumers are still focused on the prices and haven’t acknowledged the paradigm shift crypto currencies and blockchain protocols can provide to our societies. Most importantly the democratization and disintermediation of today’s current system. We are all at the beginning of this exciting journey and want others to share in its unlimited possibilities.”
Q. Where do you see the Metaverse going & the opportunity for Everdome?
Bally: Everdome aims to create the most hyper-realistic metaverse that will bring brands and people together - all with the intent of building the most realistic web3 experience. Through the creation and facilitation of NFTs, land sales, marketplaces, and the highest quality avatars on the market, Everdome will define life in the virtual world, providing a place for brands and individuals to interact in the highest possible quality. avenues which best fit their needs and vision.
The three phase plan is our way of tying our settlement of Mars (where Everdome will be located) to a real-life type experience. Instead of just creating it and saying “hey, here it is - we hope you enjoy it,” we have put together a program that will allow our community and investors to join us on the journey of development and the many stages that have to happen to make Everdome a reality. We work very closely with scientists, astrologists, and engineers that have studied and understand what it will take to get to Mars, much like a real exploration organization (NASA, SpaceX,
“Never hold grudges in business, if you get burned, use it as a lesson, keep moving on and don’t spend your time thinking about them.”
Q. What inspired you into hosting events & parties around the world?
Bally: I realised no one was doing the events that I wanted to attend, either the events were to staid and boring if too corporate or too classless and unsophisticated if purely a party, it is the same idea I have used since my first nightclub events in the 1990’s create something others aren’t doing, and you should find your audience.
Q, What key ingredients does it take to become a Successful Entrepreneur?
Bally: Wow. A difficult question... lack of arrogance, there is always going to be someone who knows more than you on a subject so always be ready to listen, however, remember that it is your vision so never be frightened in going with your gut after taking all the input you can! Also remember to never overextend yourself, things will go wrong, don’t let one mistake set you back further than it must.
Q. What is Hoko Agency? Tell us more.
Bally: A multi format marketing agency, we have offices in Europe and the UAE and help our clients reach their audience in the best and most economical way possible through a large number of different avenues which best fit their needs and vision.
Q. What advice would you give to someone on the come up in your industry?
Bally: Look for a niche, something no one else is doing and make it your own, but never stop looking for that next niche because as soon as you are popular other people will copy your idea and you need to be ready to move on to your next project.
Q. If you could have a massive billboard anywhere with anything on it, what would it say?
Bally: It would have to be for a charity, the ability to reach that many people at once would be an amazing opportunity to help, I work with the ‘Global Gift’ charity so would probably give it to them for their use.
Q. What advice would you give to someone on the come up in your industry?
Bally: Look for a niche, something no one else is doing and make it your own, but never stop looking for that next niche because as soon as you are popular other people will copy your idea and you need to be ready to move on to your next project.

MUSKOKA LUXURY RETREATS IS A CANADIAN BASED COMPANY PROVIDING LUXURY VACATION RENTAL EXPERIENCES FOR THEIR GROWING CLIENTELE. AFTER STRUGGLING TO SOURCE A CREDIBLE VACATION RENTAL PROVIDER FOR HIS OWN RENTAL PROPERTY ON NOTORIOUS LAKE JOSEPH, MLR’S FOUNDER; REID SOPER DISCOVERED THERE WAS AN UNREALIZED GAP FOR LUXURY BESPOKE CUSTOMIZED COTTAGE RENTAL SERVICES.
Q. Tell us about Muskoka Luxury Retreats? How did it begin? Who is the founder?
MLR: We are deeply committed to making a difference in the Muskoka vacation marketplace. A dedication to service is crucial to its culture. We capture the very essence of the personal and exclusive travel experience by providing luxury cottages for rent that guarantee a memorable vacation that meets the high standards of a five-star hotel.
We review and propose luxury retreats in Muskoka, based on firsthand experience, consistently adding new gems to our collection. We are committed to our mission of being the chosen Luxury Vacation Rental company in Muskoka. We serve a full range of high-end bespoke concierge services with the intent of taking your unique vacation experience to the next level! We are entrusted with some of Muskoka’s finest vacation rental properties on behalf of their owners.
Q. What makes Muskoka so special? Why do people come out there? We hear about Billionaires Row on Lake Joseph, what is it that drives tourism to Muskoka?
MLR: Muskoka is made up of a collection of quaint, interesting towns that make up one of Canada’s most popular tourist areas. With over 1,600 lakes and thousands of acres of forestry, there is no shortage of things to do. There are many famous restaurants, boutiques, hiking and boating opportunities that lure tourists to this region year after year. In the past few years, there have been several wineries and craft breweries that have also sprung up adding to the allure of this region. For discerning tourists who wish to see and experience the most prestigious locations in the Muskoka Lakes region, Lake Joseph, Rosseau
and Muskoka need to be at the top of their list. It’s where the most exclusive homes and cottages can be found. In fact, it’s where the infamous “Billionaires Row” is home to many famous people including actors, star athletes, famous business owners and aristocracy. The Muskoka region is historically a sought-after Canadian tourism hub and should be number one on everyone’s vacation wish list!
Q. Properties range from $10,000-$50,000 per week for rentals. Why does it cost this much?
MLR: Although Muskoka has always been a popular tourism destination in Canada and abroad, the demand and cost for purchase and rental of vacation properties has drastically increased in this region for two main reasons:
The Pandemic significantly increased the number of people working from home or vacation rental properties en masse. Professionals were able to trade in their urban offices for beautiful, picturesque homes in the Muskoka and surrounding northern Ontario regions allowing for better quality of work/life balance.
Most vacationers are still opting to vacation closer to their homes versus travelling abroad which has created a hyper demand for the purchase and rental of Muskoka properties which is causing steep price inflation. There is also an increased number of purchasers in the market looking to secure their Muskoka family property and due to significant shortages of properties for sale they have turned to the Luxury Vacation Rental market to get a foot hold in this competitive marketplace

VICTOR CONSUNJI HAS QUICKLY EMERGED AS A STANDOUT LEADER IN THE CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT MARKET BECAUSE OF HIS UNIQUE APPROACH HE’S KNOWN FOR DESIGNING AND EXECUTING GROUNDBREAKING HOUSING DEVELOPMENTS WITH VALUES BETWEEN 500 MILLION TO 3 BILLION PESOS, FOR BOTH PRIVATE AND VARIOUS GOVERNMENT SECTORS.
WHERE DID VCDC STEM FROM? HOW DID IT BEGIN?
Victor: Honestly, I can’t say that I “came up” with the idea of VCDC (Victor Consunji Development Corporation). VCDC is a company that grew organically from its earlier iteration as a small construction firm. As a construction firm, we were lucky enough to experience first hand the difficulties that our Clients experienced in executing their own projects, particularly homes. Those difficulties included the sheer learning curve our Clients would experience when involved in conceptualizing, planning, and executing their home.
In many of those builds, the result of the project would fall short of the expectation of our Clients. Not due to failure of the construction or the design, but simply a misunderstanding, or a mismatch of expectation vs reality. This theme would repeat itself in various aspects of the project, be it in the design,
WHAT DOES LEGACY MEAN TO YOU?
Victor: In today’s day and age, a legacy seems so fleeting, so easily forgotten, or so easily devalued, despite the hard work that has been exerted. In the world today, people confuse popularity with integrity and having a legacy. And unfortunately the two could not be more distinct.
I think that Legacy is more about character, and who’s lives it was that mattered most to you. It’s about enriching lives, and being of good character, fair and kind. A legacy isn’t something you manufacture over social media, or post about, it’s an honor bestowed upon you by the people closest to you and society in general.
quality, budget, schedule, or just overall usability. And partial or complete disappointment would be inevitable.
What if there was a better way? VCDC adapted from a construction company that gave our Clients what they literally asked for, to a robust developer that gives our Clients what they truly need. We adapted to remove the uncertainty in quality, budget, and scheduling. We create spaces that are generous as they are useful. We aimed to create a curated home that was generated out of years of experience, and personal practicality.
This is how the idea behind VCDC came about. A promise to create a home of quality. Quality of build and quality of life, now and in the future.
“LEADERS BUILD VISION. LEADERS DON’T NECESSARILY TELL PEOPLE WHAT TO DO. THEY GIVE PEOPLE AN IDEA. A UNITING IDEA THAT PEOPLE CAN BELIEVE IN, THAT THEY PERSONALLY WANT TO BE INVOLVED IN, AND TO ACTIVELY BE A PART OF. GIVE PEOPLE A PURPOSE THAT THEY ARE AN IMPORTANT PART OF, AND THAT LEADER CREATES EVEN STRONGER CHAMPIONS OF THAT IDEA DOWN THE RANKS.” - VICTOR CONSUNJI
Q: What is the future of housing for you?
Victor: I worry about the future of housing. If the trajectory of developing and developed nations have taught us anything, it is that proper housing becomes increasingly a privilege as a nation becomes ever more developed. Over the course of several years, and decades, it is easy to see the trend that the average home buyer is priced out of being able to purchase good homes as home prices soar.
This puts pressure on developers to be increasingly creative to create value for the home owners. And herein lies the dilemma. Should we, as developers, focus on creating secondary value, such as communal
features like grand lobbies, swimming pools, and club like facilities, while compromising on the primary habitat? Or, do we focus on creating primary value, where the home living space is the focus of development?
As a developer, I believe the future is in the focus of primary value. The home, and life inside it. Nobody ever first complains about their Lobby or Swimming Pool. They do complain about being cramped in their home, about ventilation, about privacy, about livability. I do truly believe that if you want to be successful, solve a real problem that everybody has. And the problem right now, and increasingly in the future, is the livability of the home.
We will build homes that are built to enable life, and lifestyle. The idea that our homeowners need to adjust their lifestyle to suit the home is absurd. The future, and the challenge, is to build a product that enriches the lives of our home owners. We are not building just out of bricks and mortar. We are, in a very real sense, building out of hopes and dreams.
Can you tell us about your new project in Uluwatut, Bali?
VICTOR: THE ULUWATU DEVELOPMENT IS JUST ONE OF THE MANY PROJECTS TO BE ESTABLISHED IN BALI. PROVIDING THE ULTIMATE VILLA LIVING EXPERIENCE, VIE BY VCDC AT BALI WILL BE DEVELOPING MORE BEAUTIFUL AND INCREDIBLE RETREATS IN SELECTED PARTS OF THE COUNTRY. A FEW OF THESE LOCATIONS INCLUDE UMALAS, KUWUM, AND PERERENAN.
FRACTIONAL OWNERSHIP
VICTOR: We’re actually working on bringing fractional NFT ownership to some of our new development projects. In early 2022, VCDC will be launching our Bali project, where we’re offering fractional NFT’s backed by real estate. On its own merits, Vie at Uluwatu is truly something special and our application of blockchain technology is not only going to garner the excitement of the traditional real estate community, but the crypto community as well.
We want the NFT holders of our properties to enjoy the full benefits of traditional homeownership including access, rental income and capital appreciation, while at the same time enjoying the borderless and frictionless transactions of crypto. While it’s a little too early to give you guys the full scoop on the crypto tie-in to Uluwatu, just know we are going to further the concept of NFT’s beyond just owning JPEG’s and GIF’s.
Although there is a lot of growth ahead in the metaverse and in the ownership of digital assets, the blockchain presents a housing developer like us an opportunity to bridge the blockchain with the physical world. We believe that fractional NonFungible Tokens (NFT) and Securitized Token Offerings (STO) will give equal opportunity for investors around the world to own the best projects, regardless of where they are situated.
ULUWATUT, BALI
VIE BY VCDC AT BALI
VICTOR: Vie by VCDC at Bali, is a luxury cliffside development in Uluwatu with eight luxurious villas, established in a spectacular location that is simply breathtaking. Surrounded by high trees and exotic fauna and flora, the cliffside development has unbelievable views of the horizon, the ocean, and the long stretch of the beach.
Uluwatu extends the Vie by VCDC philosophy of taking vacation villas and making them truly livable. Conceptually we could describe it as contemporary southeast Asian design, fused with eco-luxe accoutrements and technology enhancements. The villas are enclosed with stoned brick walls with accented big glass windows; the path entrance of the villas cascade with aisle ways that are surrounded with constant flow of water and natural ventilation.
We’re taking the raw, natural beauty of Bali and elevating it with a unique expression of tropical modern architecture, featuring meticulous material selection, flawlessly integrated renewable energy sources and advanced home automation. These villas aren’t the old school cottage or vacation home of yesteryears, these are truly timeless and future proof luxury villas where our owners will want to permanently reside.
The Uluwatu Development is just one of the many projects to be established in Bali. Providing the ultimate villa living experience, Vie by VCDC at Bali will be developing more beautiful and incredible retreats in selected parts of the country. A few of these locations include Umalas, Kuwum, and Pererenan.

ARCHITECT ON THE RISE 1 ON 1 W/ VELIZ
GROUNDBREAKING ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN. WE ARE THRILLED TO DO A SIT DOWN INTERVIEW WITH VELIZ ARQUITECTO AND LEARN MORE FROM THE WORLD FAMOUS CUBAN ARCHITECT. WE WANT TO KNOW WHAT THE FUTURE OF 3D DESIGN & REAL ESTATE HOLDS…
CONTINUOUS INTERIOR SPACE ARCHITECTURE
Q: Why did you follow design & architecture?
Veliz: Since I was 10 years old without even knowing what architecture was, my wooden house was partially demolished and with all that rubble I built a 3-story house on a tree in the backyard of my house, from there I think I began to discover myself as an architect without knowing it. It was my best way of exposing my concerns as an artist and a human being with the need to express myself.
Q: What makes Veliz Arquitecto unique from the rest?
Veliz: I believe that what I am trying to establish is an Architecture that is defined by qualities that are thought for the future where it will play an important role according to my way of seeing it through an immaterial Architecture where through a virtual universe and the
help of artificial intelligence to be able to live it without need to be built, so I try not to put obstacles when designing and putting my ideas into practice, all this characterized by a work within nature and to be more pretentious nature within the work.
Q: What is the process like when you are designing houses the way you do?
Veliz: I am always designing, I believe that my main design tool is my brain and from there I begin to model each space, and part of the process is also to put myself in the shoes of the person who is going to live it.
Q. What factors influence the design of sustainable homes?
Veliz: That the house works as a living organism that is capable of regenerating and having the least negative impact on the environment that surrounds it.
Q: Tell us about the cocoons and the architectural structure, what is it made of and when will it be available to the public?
Veliz: Its base structure is made of concrete and on this a wooden exoskeleton that embraces the entire building, in addition to the use of glass and natural fabrics, it is still in negotiations to be built by some investors.
Q: Who is the most influential person in your life?
Veliz: I am influenced by everything, I believe that the best work and reference is close to us and it is La Naturaleza.
Q. What kind of legacy do you want to leave in the world of design / architecture and culture?
Veliz: The best legacy is that people not only live and coexist with architecture but are able to feel with it, with that gesture I am happy that my work transcends sooner or later it will be forgotten but that it is capable of generating sentimental work at the time. and human already with that I am happy.

METAMANSIONS BY KEYS
METAMANSION MAGNAVI IS A PROJECT THAT ADAPTS TO SEVERAL BIOMES, A WELL-DEFINED CONTRAST DUE TO ITS SHAPE, ADAPTING TO THESE SPACES, WEAVING A STRUCTURE THAT CONNECTS WITH NATURE, IT IS BASED ON THE METAMANSION NFT KEYS COLLECTION UNDER THE CONCEPT OF A FUTURISTIC AND IMMATERIAL ARCHITECTURE DESTINED TO THE NEW WORLD OF THE METAVERSE, ITS FORM BASED ON THE EXPERIENCE BETWEEN MIXING NATURE AND A FUTURISTIC BUILDING THAT CREATES A GREAT CONTRAST BETWEEN BOTH, RECREATING A NEW EXPERIENCE IN ARCHITECTURE AND DESIGN, AS WELL AS SPACES THAT HAVE A RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN LUXURY AND THE CONTRAST OF ITS SURROUNDINGS, IN ADDITION TO THE CONSTANT PLAY BETWEEN FORMS AND FRAMING POINTS THROUGH ARTIFICIAL LIGHT, GENERATING AN ARCHITECT WITH A FOCUS ON THE FUTURE IS ALSO A GESTURE OF THIS WORK SPECIFICALLY TO BE VISITED THROUGH DIGITAL SUPPORT.
LEVEL I
The perfect unison of peace and freedom create what is known as the most heavenly biomes in the KEYS Metaverse. However, one day, suddenly something very mysterious happens and residents are forced to reaproach the true meaning of life.
LEVEL II
Delicate coral growths, starfish, seaweed, and other marine life begin to make a home on the exterior of the mansion.
Q. When it comes to designing in the metaverse, how do you create these designs and what challenges do you face?
Veliz: The good thing about designing for the Metaverse is that the ideas are endless, there are no limits that perhaps in reality or in architecture for real life it has limitations in terms of physics, structure and budget, the best thing that could have happened to me was years ago being pretentious when it comes to designing a work based on a future that I imagine only in my dreams, since I was little I was restless in my thinking and that led me to never stop being ambitious when creating until now the only challenge is to get people to manage to understand this concept of immaterial architecture created to establish new technological variants that will generate a better future for society and to relieve a fairly saturated world.
LEVEL III
The mansion becomes consumed by giant coral growths, starfish, and barnicles. Visible bioluminescence brings life to the shoreline as electric mermaids reveal themselves in the water and surrounding environment. Giant veins of electricity illuminate the surface of the water.
Q. What excites you about Real Estate in the Metaverse as a designer?
Veliz: I am excited to know that many people around the world will be able to get to know my work and this will have a positive impact on them, in addition to this opportunity with the KEYS company to make history with this first release of the METAMANSION that we are very sure will be something that will mark a before and after in humanity and in the new world of NFTs and the Metaverse.

YOU ARE...
ELWA: I am a beauty and lifestyle blogger and love to share my beauty and fashion knowledge with my community. I have been passionate about the beauty industry ever since I can remember. My first job was working as a receptionist at a beauty salon. I loved it so much that I decided to pursue my cosmetologist degree and became a hairdresser. I enjoyed every second of it! Later on I pursued my education at Long Beach State University and graduated with an M.B.A.
Today I use my education and beauty expert knowledge to inspire and teach people the latest beauty trends.
LEADERSHIP

Q. What are you most Grateful For?
ELWA: I would say I am most grateful for accepting who I am -- flaws and all. This has come with many ups and downs, and I am forever grateful for all those who have been on my journey. Without them I wouldn’t have the core values I have today.

ELWA: When it comes to my photoshoots, it is quick. Especially when I am working with a creative team. We all come together and brainstorm ideas for a vibe and the kind of shoot we want to go for (a couple of days before the shoot). Sometimes the photographer will send over a mood board or a shoot location and we work around these elements. If I have specific clothing pieces, then the MUA and I will discuss specific types of photography needed to achieve the vision.
Q. What 3 characteristics make for a great influencer?
ELWA: I would say creative, relatable and consistent.

“WE SELL EMOTIONS, WE DON’T SELL OUR PRODUCTS”
The story of Your first piece of work that someone purchased?
MaviMatt Our first ever made product and our main product is the rocking chair UFO, with a design worldwide registered. The story of the UFO began when a friend of mine gifted me an ashtray. He was a smoker and one day this old guy gifted me a special ashtray with a different design. From this object we took inspiration to create the world’s first rocking chair that has a spherical chassis and can rock and swing while always maintaining a perfect balance. Our first ever sell was made in the 2015 when a dealer from Abu Dhabi found our design masterpiece UFO on instagram and decided to place the first order of 4 pieces in full carbon fiber. The problem was that we weren’t ready at that time with the first real piece to sell, we were still in the prototype phase of the UFO. But we had the courage to take the order, and his first order gave us the possibility to start and bring the first UFO in real life ready to be shipped,

Well as I said we always try to take inspiration from Mother Nature for our design products.. and during a trip I did see a volcanic eruption.. I was impressed by the shape of the lava dripping and falling to the ground.. When I got back home I immediately started to put down ideas on a design product that remembered this process of the lava and its shapes.. in that moment the MAGMA console was born…
What type of inspiration is needed to create out of the box type of thinking?

TELL US A BIT ABOUT WHAT’S HOT AND LIMITED IN THE LUXURY JEWELRY / TRENDS / WATCH GAME?
NEEL: We have a large array of watches in our inventory, including, Richard Mille, Patek Phillipe, Audemars Piguet, and Rolex, which are all performing very well and hot in today’s market.
WHO IS YOUR INSPIRATION / HUSTLE & ART COME FROM?
NEEL: My inspiration and hustle come from my family who has taught me that working hard will always pay off and to love what you do.

WHAT MAKES FOR A GOOD LEADER?
NEEL: My secret to success is envisioning this company in the future. We see ourselves as one of the biggest watch dealers in the United States and I strongly believe we are well on our way there. In the short amount of time since we started this company, we have grown from having less than 10 watches in our inventory to having over 200 watches. In stock. Thinking about where this company will be if we continue working at the pace we are right now motivated me to work harder every day. We hire top talent by taking our time with the hiring process. A quality that we look for is drive. I read in an article once that an individual’s past behavior is the best predictor of future job performance. For this reason, we love to see that people have a history of hard work, whether it be flipping shoes or watches or even creating content from a young age. We just love seeing ambition and drive.
IF YOU HAD A BILLBOARD ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD? WHAT WOULD IT SAY?
NEEL: A billboard in New York City and it would say TimePieceTrading: Your #1 stop for top watch brands. We buy, sell, and trade luxury watches
WHAT ARE THE BIGGEST CHALLENGES YOU FACE IN THIS INDUSTRY?
NEEL: One of the biggest challenges we’ve faced in this industry has been growing our name and customer base in an already competitive market. When we started, people were skeptical about doing business with us since we were young and very new to the industry. But in just 3 short years we have grown our business and gained both trust and reputation. We now have over $15,000,000 in stock and goods that most dealers can’t get their hands on. We overcome these obstacles by trading with many dealers and always being fair. We always stay true to our word and offer the best prices we possibly can. After a while of being in this industry, people do reference checks and eventually, the word spreads about what kind of dealer you are. The more deals we made, the more people started to trust us. Now, with our YouTube channel up and running, we are transparent with our viewers and they can see what our daily office routine and deals look like.

“The Real Metaverse IS COMING”
We are thrilled to give you an exclusive first look at Super Ultra Rare, Fractional Ownership of REAL collectible supercars as NFT’s in a Play To Earn Metaverse.
Super Ultra Rare NFT has been dubbed “ the funnest play to earn game ever” , and “the world’s first authentic and immersive digital racing experience” that allows you to drive, compete and physically own some of the most iconic vehicles of all time.
What is Super Ultra Rare and what’s the vision?
SUR: Super Ultra Rare is a company me and my team formed in early 2021, and the concept was derived from a quote Klaus Schwab, the Founder and Executive Chairman of the World Economic Forum said “In 2030, You’ll Own Nothing And Be Happy About It”.
This hit me deeply because I feel people are entitled to own anything they work for. We deserve to live in a free and fair society . So I flipped that logic on its head and said “We the people will own whatever we want and that privilege will keep us happy”
When I understood what NFTs were I realized it’s simply a contract on the blockchain called a smart contract that authentics ownership of anything, not just art in particular like physical and digital property and all forms of real world collectibles.
Tell us a little bit about the Ultra Super Rare NFT museum?
SUR: In a nutshell we feel like the museums of the future will be far more interactive then the museums of the past.
We are fortunate to have key advisory board members with extensive background experience in building some of the greatest architectural buildings around the world. They helped us develop a plan to build the world’s first Ultra Super Rare museum that bridges real world century art with digital art that is owned by the public.
The museum business needs to change in my opinion and we think a museum that displays rare items that people actually own will be much more exciting. Especially for the owners.
“WHY PLAY FOR FREE WHEN YOU CAN MAKE MONEY DOING THE SAME THING IN OUR METAVERSE”
What’s A Brief Backstory Of PinkSlip City The Game?
SUR: In the year 2020 we are introduced to the main character of the game “Xavier”. A race car driver with a perfect win record and considered the greatest to ever do it. Unfortunately one evening during an illegal drag street race Xavier made a fatal mistake and his best friend who was in the passenger seat was tragically killed. A remorseful Xavier was sent to jail for 15 years.
Fast forward to 2035, the world has completely changed and has gone fully electric. Owning and driving gas powered vehicles is outlawed, and PinkSlip City emerges as the first net zero city in the world. It’s a playground for the rich and famous. Only high net worth individuals can live in PinkSlip City. Picture a modern and highly technologically advanced Beverly Hills of the future. While every gas powered car around the world have been crushed and disposed of by SUR Industries, PinkSlip City inhabitants quietly snuck their priceless exotic vehicles underground creating the world’s only gas powered underground race circuit. SUR Industries demands that the Mayor of PInkSlip City do something about it.
Out of nowhere a 20 million dollar bail was paid by a mysterious corporation associated with SUR industries that frees Xavier from jail. But there’s a catch. Xavier is tasked with infiltrating PinkSlip City’s underground race scene, with one goal in mind, to recoup & confiscate every super rare gas powered vehicle he can, and the only way he can do this is by winning races.

METAVERSE
We have taken a completely different approach and designed our metaverse to be as realistic as possible. We made this a reality using the unreal engine 5 because of its ability to produce a photorealistic metaverse experience.
The end result is an insanely realistic, and completely near authentic user experience where the players find difficulty distinguishing between our digital web3.0 world and reality lol. We’ll thats our goal ultimately.
“I’VE 100X & 3000X ON SOME INVESTMENTS”

INVESTOR & CRYPTO EXPERT EVAN LUTHRA DELIVERS SOME REAL GAME
What type of projects are you looking for when you’re investing?
Evan: So I invest in all kinds of industries, all kinds of products. I mostly look for technology-first based companies that are using technology to disrupt an existing industry. Even though I’ve invested in over a hundred companies equity-wise, outside of crypto, at this moment, my full focus is on crypto. I did about 200 investments in crypto in the last six months. And equity-wise, we do a lot of due diligence here, our whole process teams, et cetera, but crypto, it’s a very different model. And I think it’s a reflection of how the blockchain works. It’s peer-to-peer trust. Right?
What are my top five investments today?
Evan: Obviously you’ve got to hold Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana. Top three of the ones I hold. Then I also have Nakamoto Games, which is one of my top holdings right now. They’re doing really well. I have a few more. I have GAINS that’s doing really well that I’m involved with. Polka Fantasy, that’s done really well, that I’m also involved with. There’s a few good tokens, but these are some of the good projects I like.
Where
is crypto going? How can it improve?
Evan: I think it’s a massive disruption. Its just so exciting, like how the idea of Bitcoin is truly amazing. I love it. It’s one of my massive holdings, but the most exciting thing about Bitcoin is it gave us the idea of decentralization. It gave us a concept that you can take power away from a standardized institution and distribute it back to the masses. That’s the really exciting part. I think that’s where we’re going to see more and more happen. Decentralization happen across more industries, more ecosystems, more processes. That’s going to make us a better society.
Being at conferences, what have you learned about the industry from the inside?
Evan: Like I said, I think it all comes down to community and how much value you add? Crypto is a space of all those most of the smartest people in the world, right, and they all have massive value add to provide. So, the more value add you can provide, the better it goes for use and the more value you get back. And, it works all about community. The more you help others, the more you gain and that’s the number one thing I’ve learned. I’ve had some people who tried to help me, work with me, and there’s so many cool projects, and honestly, you don’t even need money to get started at crypto. Like you can just start, join a project, like it, learn about it, join the community, be an active community member, start adding value, bring partners, manage and moderate the community, get invited by the people, get invited in the company. I know so many community managers who went up to became CEOs of top, top projects. So, this is what I will tell you. Start by adding value and it doesn’t take money. All they need is your attention.
Largest crypto purchase. What did you spend the most crypto on?
Evan: Interestingly, the largest one would probably be land, and finally land in the real world if you ask, and land in the metaverse. I bought a piece of land next to the beach in a beautiful country in the Caribbean, and then I also bought a beautiful piece of land also on the beach in metaverse. Both are the highest purchases... The metaverse purchase is actually far more.
Would anyone be led to the crypto industry? How early are we?
Evan: SI think we are still very, very, very early. One thing I do is, every time I go out and I meet interesting people and ask them, even waiters who do great service to me, I ask them, “Do you have an NFT,” because I have a bunch of NFTs, I want to give people NFTs. I send so many NFTs from other people, projects who want me to promote them, so I just always pass them on. Most of the time, believe it not, 90% of the time, the waiters, the people I meet, they don’t know what an NFT is. We’re still very, very early.
Speaking of pace, remember, technology grows exponentially. Once
you reach that J curve where enough people know about it and use it, then it’s like everybody knows about it and uses it. But we’re still pretty early, so I would say if anybody’s thinking about it, go ahead. You’re very early days right now.
What type of projects are you looking for when you’re investing?
Evan: So I invest in all kinds of industries, all kinds of products. I mostly look for technology-first companies that are using technology disruption in existing industries. At this moment, even though I’ve invested in over a hundred companies equity-wise, outside of crypto, at this moment, my full focus is on crypto. I did about 200 investments in crypto in the last six months.
