This townhouse renovation project in Carlsbad, CA aims to transform a dated 1970s interior into a modern and open space. The focus is on maximizing the beautiful beach views by incorporating ample natural light and creating a design that is both stylish and functional.
The renovation will include interesting textures and a layout that is optimized for entertaining guests. Additionally, custom areas for furry friends will be incorporated into the design to make sure that every member of the household is comfortable and has a designated space.

The LA Dodgers have a storied history and one of the most iconic baseball stadiums in the country. The goal of this project is to bring the stadium into the modern age by adding engaging digital experiences. After a thorough analysis of the key areas, the Innovation Team proposed a range of multimedia concepts to increase fan engagement and promote sponsored content.
This project represents a unique opportunity to blend history with innovation, bringing the LA Dodgers stadium into the modern era while still paying homage to its iconic past. The multimedia concepts are designed to create a dynamic and immersive experience for fans, from interactive displays to sponsored content that adds an extra layer of excitement. With a focus on enhancing fan engagement and increasing revenue, this project will ensure the LA Dodgers stadium remains a top destination for baseball fans for years to come.

This innovative project involved Spatial and Environmental Graphic Design for a bike parking and maintenance area as part of BR Malls' commitment to promoting sustainability and incentivizing cycling. Our aim was to create a bikefriendly space that would encourage the use of the city's growing network of bike lanes.
Collaborating closely with a local artist, we created a vibrant painted mural that not only serves as a beautiful focal point but also helps to enhance the functionality of the space. We also utilized LED lighting and strategic environmental graphics to create an engaging and dynamic environment that would appeal to cyclists and encourage their continued use of the space.
