On behalf of the Fine Arts Department at Langara College, I am very pleased to present our 2012 Graduating Exhibition and this accompanying catalogue. For 2 years or more these Fine Arts students have been on a journey that has demanded hours of time, dedication and hard work. They have struggled and learned to transform ideas and materials into images and objects. This catalogue is a small sampling of the beautiful, thoughtful and sometimes challenging artworks these students have produced. To the graduating class, we are proud of you all. It has been a great pleasure to watch you explore and grow and triumph. We will be watching still as you continue on to new destinations and reach new goals.
