Pickled Perfection

Pickled Perfection began with the personal passion of Dean Lambros, who was unable to find pleasing pickled vegetables. He began experimenting in his own kitchen, creating a unique recipe for perfectly spicy pickled vegetables.

A cocktail garnished here. A snack shared there. And soon Lambros found his private stash routinely depleted by family and friends who couldn’t get enough of his creations.

Today the Lambros family generously shares Dean’s artisan brine and spice blend with the world, bringing out the naturally delicious flavor of each vegetable. Each spicy Pickled Perfection begins with fine fresh produce, cleaned and prepared using a unique cold pickling process before being placed in a 32-oz jar. Pickled Perfection then adds its own proprietary blend of spices and pickling ingredients before sealing the jar for a minimum of three days to allow the spices to work their tasty magic.
