How We Operate We take care to create and execute our service packages for each client’s unique needs. Below are some highlights of this process.

Proposal Request and Creation • Manager requests estimate, and a conversation regarding needs, past problem areas, and client expectations is had.

• We measure your property down to the square foot, and we create a proposal.

• We submit a proposal to management/condo board for review.

Proposal Review • Board reviews the proposal.

• We set up an on-site meet and greet to answer any questions and we make adjustments as required.

Proposal Approval • Scheduling is set up ahead of time for the season, available to clients.

• A crew leader visits the property to familiarize themselves before the work begins, he identifies anything out of the ordinary, and reviews questions with Owner.

• We establish a line of communication with the board.

Once the work begins • We work according to our predetermined schedule, we adjust to change following your property’s needs and the will of Mother Nature.

• We promptly communicate any issues or concerns that come up during the season and we provide possible solutions.

• We provide recommendations to the board, and we schedule regular visits at the condo board's discretion.

Brandon Owner

Cally Office Manager

Brandon has over twelve years of experience in the commercial landscaping and snow removal industry and has been involved in both production and management aspects during his career. He is responsible for business development, sales, and employee successes. Outside of LBN, Brandon enjoys working on and riding motorcycles, traveling, and collaborating with other entrepreneurs on business endeavours.

A graduate of MRU with a Bachelors in Business, Cally was hired on for her entrepreneurial spirit to push LBN forward in achieving their ambitious goals. Cally helps manage the back end of the business to ensure your experience is nothing but the best. When she’s not in the office you’ll find her outside catching the sun, deep in a book, traveling around the world, taking pictures, or out dancing with her friends.

Michelle Chief Financial Officer

Caroline VP of Finance

Michelle is a Chartered Professional Accountant who has experience in both the public accounting sector and landscape company management. She works alongside the management team and is involved in the company’s financial and strategic initiatives. Her hobbies include travel, art and learning about the cosmos.

Caroline works part-time doing a variety of behind the scenes administrative tasks for the company. After earning her business administration diploma from SAIT she went on to gain accounting and administrative experience primarily in the Oil & Gas Sector. She now spends the remainder of her personal time chasing after her two very young boys.
