Purchase and development costs to be geared to a maximum of 65% debt with our trusted and competitive lenders to ensure a smooth, efficient transaction while minimizing risk.

Landmass will arrange debt, acquisition, SP V structure, development management, sale, and af tercare.
Landmass will incorporate an acquisition and due diligence fee, along with a profit share. We will also leverage our award-winning interior architecture and design team.
